Due to the development of the disease, its clinical manifestations can increased body temperature, appear local pain, joint involvement joints stiffness, joint surrounding soft tissue were diffuse swelling, foot jaw deformity, even subcutaneous nodules and ulcers. Studies have shown that proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin 1 (interleukin-1, IL-1), interleukin-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6), interleukin 8 (interleukin-8, IL-8), Tumor necrosis factor alpha (Tumor necrosis factor alpha, TNF-a) and inflammatory mediators such as Prostaglandin E2 (Prostaglandin E2, PGE2) on the pathogenesis of RA, play an important role in the process. The severity of rheumatoid arthritis and interleukin-8(IL-8) and intercellular adhesion points-1 (ICAM-1). Interleukin-8 (IL-8) and intercellular adhesion points-1 (ICAM-1) level can reflect the change of rheumatoid arthritis, is also an important indicator in the experiment research project. This experimental study using electroacupuncture for collagen induced arthritis model in rats, to explore the cytokines in the joint fluid of IL-1β and TNF-α,the effect of further for the curative mechanism to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Select 200 SPF Wistar rats, all are female, the rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, the model+ electric acupuncture group (treatment group).After anesthesia in the model group 1,7 days at the end of a foot, back and roots for intradermal injection of 0.9 ml emulsion (take a suitable amount of bovine type Ⅱ collagen) dissolved in 0. OlM acetic acid collagen, melting under 4℃ for the night, again with the same incomplete adjuvant in ice bath’s blessing under sufficient emulsification produce emulsions vaccination cause, treatment group made with the model group. In the model group rats joint fluid IL-1β and TNF-α content were higher than in normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the treatment group rats joint fluid IL1β and TNF-α level is lower than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric acupuncture can effectively restrain the collagen induced arthritis rats swelling and reduce inflammation, can reduce the collagen induced arthritis rats joint fluid of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β and TNF-α level. The results show that the supersession of percutaneous electrical stimulation therapy, these inflammatory factor reduced to stop the CIA rats joint synovial cell infiltration, osteoclast activation, inhibition of lesion development have very important significance. |
