Clinical Observation On Treating IBS- D( Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type) With Tongxie Yaofang And Sinisan

Objective:Adopting the Tongxie Yaofang and Sinisan to treat IBS, through observing its clinical curative effect before and after, and contrasting with Pinaverium Bromide Tablets(trade name Deshute), determine the clinical effect of Tongxie Yaofang and Sinisang,and discuss its Mechanism of action,improve the cure rate of Diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:Selecting 65 patients, all cases conform to Rome Ⅲ Diagnosis and belong to the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of Chinese Medicine,and all of them are from the gastroenterology clinic in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.The 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 32 examples and the control group 33 group. The two groups have no significant difference in sex, age and disease course.The treatment group take the Tongxie Yaofang and Sinisan, daily 2 times, each time 150 ml; the control group take the western medicine Deshute, daily 3 times,each time 50 mg.Four weeks are a course of treatment.During treatment, the two group patients disable other drugs.The collected data processed by the SPSS19.0Results:1.After treatment, the treatment group total effective rate is 90.6%,the control group total effective rate is 72.7%.After the Χ2 test, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group is better than the the control group.2.Before the treatment and the later, the two groups of patients’ total symptom score have obvious difference(P<0.05);After the treatment, there was a significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Two groups before treatment compared with the single symptom score after treatment, they have significant difference(P <0.05).In the frequency of diarrhea, shape of stool,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,the treatment group is better than the the control group.In other aspects,there is no significant differences.4.During the treatment,there is no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Tongxie Yaofang and Sinisan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with IBS-D of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Therefor,it has the obvious curative effect to treat IBS-D, and it better than the western medicine Deshute, especially in the frequency of diarrhea, Shape of stool and abdominal pain.
