| Objective: Investigate the feasibility and efficacy of Wen Yang Tong Yang method in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods:Include 80 advanced gastric cancer patients,randomised to treatment group(Shenfu Injection with TS-1 and oxaliplatin) and control group(TS-1 and oxaliplatin) according to randomized parallel control principle. Rusults :There was no drop out cases in treatment group, and 3cases in control group. Compared with control group, there was a significant improvement in treatment group of symptoms, quality of life and immune indicators. The treatment group showed a trend toward improved short-term efficacy and the reduction of oncology markers, although there was no significant different. Combining the search results of literatures and modern research results to summarized the relationship between Yuanqiyuzhi and advanced gastric cancer, and proposed the evidence and views of Wen(Yuan) Yang Tong(Yuan) Yang in treatment of malignant tumors. Conclusion : Shenfu Injection combined with chemotherapy used for advanced gastric cancer treatment has an advantage in improving major symptoms, improving quality of life and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs. On the basis of the relationship between Yuanqi and malignancies, we proposed the hypothesis of "Yuanqi weakness-stagnation-tumor", and according to the principle of "Yang Zhu Yin Cong" to proposed using Wen(Yuan) Yang Tong(Yuan) Yang method in treatment of malignant tumors. |
