The Comparison Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of PFNA And LCP For Treating Subtrochanteric Fractures

Objective: The clinical curative effect of PFNA and LCP for treating subtrochanteric fractures were compared.Methods:44 subtrochanteric fracture cases treated by operation in the department of orthopedics of The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 Janaury to 2014 Janaury were selected.All of the cases were divided into two groups according to different internal fixations to observe the clinical curative effect.Results:All of the 44 cases were followed up.The statistical analysis results of the following:the curative effect of the PFNA group was better than LCP group in aspects of operation time, operation bleeding,length of incision and hospitalization time(p<0.01);the curative effect of the PFNA group was better than LCP group in aspects of symphysis time,discarding crutches time and the postoperative Harris hip score at month 1,month 3 and month 9(p<0.01).Conclusion:PFNA is more suitale than PF-LCP for subtrochanteric fractures.
