| Objective: Orthopedics of Chinese Medicine Through the investigation and study the clinical data of 411 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients, the pathogenic factor, pathogenesis, characteristics of variation of system data statistical analysis, to understand the epidemiological characteristics of osteoarthritis of the knee, occurrence and development of research of osteoarthritis of the knee, to guide the clinical treatment work of osteoarthritis of the knee.Method: Since 2013 01 month from 01 to December 31, 2014, admitted to the Department of orthopedics, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine joint osteoarthritis of the knee in patients with a total of 472 cases, 411 cases of the subject which meet the inclusion criteria, use case statistics with statistical telephone visit all the clinical data of these patients, including gender, occupation, age, hospitalization time, in and out of hospital age, body mass index, knee varus deformity has no related data, and application of statistical methods systematically summarized analysis, including independent samples t test and one sample t test, with P value equal to 0.05 as the statistical results to determine significant differences in the standard. Results: A total of 411 patients obtained complete clinical data, including male 87 patients, female patients accounted for 27.97%, 324 people, accounting for 78.83%, the ratio of male to female 1:3.72, mean age 65.2 + 8.1 years old, the average age of 55.6 + 10.8 years. Independent samples t test on the agedistribution of male and female patients showed that, there was a significant difference(P<0.05), the age of onset of female patients had significantly earlier than male patients. In the statistical analysis of the results shows body mass index, and body mass index =23 of this critical value compared with overweight, 411 cases with obvious tendency of overweight(P<0.05), however, men and women not on the body mass index contrast markedly different. Most of the patients had different degrees of knee varus deformity, of which the most common within the varus, valgus deformity rare, there is also a small part of patients and no knee varus deformity. For statistical analysis of patients with onset of parts showed, the double knee disease patients 207 people, accounting for the total number of 50.36% patients, 204 patients with single knee disease, accounting for the total number of patients with 49.64% left and right knee, which incidence rate is flat, and the difference has no statistical significance. Occupation distribution between urban and rural areas and the distribution of patients by statistical analysis with no statistical difference. Compared with the same period in 2012, the number of knee osteoarthritis in 2013 were the proportion has increased. Conclusion: There is a certain degree of influence the age of onset, gender, body mass index on osteoarthritis of the knee. Knee osteoarthritis usually occur in patients 40~70 years of age, in the 50~60 age group, the incidence of osteoarthritis of the knee was the highest; obesity is one of the inducing factors of knee osteoarthritis incidence, higher body mass index have a higher risk of osteoarthritis of the knee. Knee osteoarthritis can cause the patient’s knee varus deformity, in general, osteoarthritis of the knee is more likely to cause knee varus valgus deformity of knee joint, less cause. The incidence of occupation and distribution of urban and rural areas and osteoarthritis of the knee and there was no significant relationship between urban and rural residents, the knee osteoarthritis incidence is basically the same. With the development of time, there is a growing trend of knee osteoarthritis incidence, should cause the medical staff He Hao hair more attention. |
