The Clinical Research About Xiaoxuming Decoction On Treating Spastic Hemiplegia Patients From Deficiency Of Yang

Objective:We treat the Yang Hanning patients of spastic hemiplegia after stroke with Xiaoxuming Decoction, and observe its clinical efficacy, in order to open new ideas for medicine treatment of limb spasticity post-stroke. Methods:60 patients in line with the recovery of stroke spastic hemiplegia yang deficiency diagnostic criteria, 30 cases were randomly divided into observer group and the control group of 30 patients. Two groups in gender,age,disease duration,lesion,spasticity,ADL,previous illness and comorbidity are not statistically different before treatment. In addition to basic therapy plus observer group Xiaoxuming decoction; the control group were given basic treatment; After one month、two months,observe the syndromes, spasticity, stroke spondylosis and ADL score. Results:Due to poor compliance, shedding eight cases, in the Final the observer group of 26 patients and the same to the control group.Scores of the criterion group patients in syndromes, spasticity, stroke efficacy and ADL are more than the routine group. Conclusion : Xiaoxuming Decoction have better clinical efficacy in curing spastic hemiplegia after stroke, reduce the high muscular tension and promote the recovery of limb function and improve daily life.
