The Clinical Observation For Treating Middle-aged And Old Eczema Of Spleen Deficient And Wet Aggregates Type With Jianpichushi-yin

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of Jianpichushi-yin for the treatment of eczema caused by wet aggregates spleen deficient for the middle-aged and the old patients, at the same time, the detection of vitro food allergen specific IgG for the patients can provide a reference and guidance for the prevention and nursing of the patients with eczema.Methods:Eighty cases of eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group There are forty patients inthe treatment group who will drink Jian pichushi-yin and Mizolastine Tablets,while the other forty patients in the control group,will only take Mizolastine Sustained-release Tablets, at the same time, both of the patient in two groups will be applied the topical drugs called Qingpeng ointment to the skin with diseases.One subsequent visit every two weeks.After four weeks,doctors will observe the changes of the skin about their morphological characteristics,the severity,the lesions area and severity of pruritus etc.of both groups.The contrast of two groups reflect the efficacy of the drugs;the adverse reaction of patients will be used to evaluate the safety of the drugs. The patients who arecured, primary or markedly improved, were followed up to know the situation about patients’ recurrence and aggravation;with allergy test results of patients, we will explore the factors which can have an influence on eczema to provide some guidance for the patients to prevent and recover from the diease.Results: The cure rate in treatment group is 35.00%, the total efficiency rate is95.00%; the control group cure rate is 12.50%,the total efficiency rate is 62.50%. Compared the cure rate of two groups, the total efficiency rate were significantly different(P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group surpasses the control group.Besides,the result of the vitro allergen test shows that,eggs have the highest intolerance positive rate(53.75%) in all food, followed by the shrimp(46.25%), no rice, wheat and meat included.Conclusion: Jianpichushi-yin is exactly in the treatment of eczema with less side effects and low recurrence rate.There is a correlation between the serum specific IgG and the occurrence of eczema, and there is a great Significance for the Diagnosis and treatment of allergic skin diease etiology by the detection of serum food allergen specific IgG antibody. Food intolerance can be an effective way for Eczema patients to find allergen, and can be used as a guidance for eczema patients’ diet.
