The Clinical Curative Effect Observation For Treatment Eczema Of Children (Dyspepsia Spleendeficien With Wet Aggregates) With KeMin Particles

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect that Treatment Eczema of Children(Dyspepsia spleen deficien with wet aggregates) with Ke Min ParticlesMethods:64 eczema patients with diagnostic criteria were equally divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group(32) given Ke Min particles,while tne control group(32) given Loratadine particles,4 weeks for a period of treatment, the observation one course of treatment, and after treatment were observed the TCM symptom total score, single symptom scores and EASI scores.Result:Treatment group cure rate was 68.75%, total effective rate was 93.75%;Control group cure rate was 40.63%, the total effective rate was 87.50%.The resuit showed that there are differences between the two groups of curative rate comparison(P < 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group;Two group total effective rate comparison(P > 0.05), showed the similar curative effect.Conclusion:Ke Min particles in the treatment of infantile eczema(Dyspepsia spleen deficien with wet aggregates) has good curative effect,in improved the skin form, lesion area and the treatment of chronic eczema was better than that the control group;And has the advantages of low recurrence rate, is worth popularization in clinic.
