Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lower Extremity Arterial Disease Of Diabetic Patients By Qizhi Huoxue Tang

Objective:Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Qizhi Huoxue Tang on type 2 diabetes with lower extremity vascular disease patients, and to explore its mechanism, in order to improve the patients life quality of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Method:The patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of diabetes complicated with lower extremity vascular disease into two groups, the treatment group(30 cases), control group(30 cases), each based on on the basis of blood glucose control, the control group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 0.1g oral, once a day; the treatment group based on the given Qizhi Huoxue Tang for activating blood, sooner or later each time, warm clothes. 4 weeks for a course, two courses were observed. Main outcome measures: blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, fibrinogen, ankle brachial index, changes of clinical symptoms of patients with index.Result:Before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, the treatment group in the control, fasting glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, fibrinogen, have improved significantly the ankle brachial ratio and TCM symptoms and signs, significantly better than the control group. No adverse reaction was found during the test.Conclusion:Qizhi Huoxue Tang can obviously improve the diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease in patients with clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipid, fibrinogen, ankle brachial ratio and other indicators, improve the quality of life of patients, has good popularization significance.
