Clinical Research On Treating Type 2 Diabetes Combined Osteoporosis And Low Bone Mass With Qihuangzhuanggufang

Objective: Through clinical observation and case analysis,to study the clinical efficacy of Qihuangzhuanggufang for the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined osteoporosis and low bone mass,which aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical methods for Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes combined osteporosis and low bone mass,and to provide an effective early prevention program for patients with low bone mass.Methods:60 patients of diabetes combined osteoporosis and low bone mass in this study are derived from wards in Endocrinology outpatient and inpatient of Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.They are randomly divided into two groups,the test group of 30 patients and the control group 30 cases.On the basis of diabetes treatment,the control group is given Caltrate D and the test group is given Qihuangzhuanggufang.They both receive 3 months for a course and observation one course.The evaluation criteria is based on the clinical symptom scores,bone density(BMD),serum osteocalcin,FPG, 2hPG, Hb1 Ac, Ca, P,alkaline phosphatase and blood rheology.They are statistically analyzed using spss 17.0 and contrasted before and after treatment.To study the efficacy of Qihuangzhuanggufang by the comparison with the control group.Results:Comparative study found that the two groups have significant effects in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined osteoporosis and low bone mass.But the clinical observations of the test group are clearly superor to the control groups in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined osteoporosis and low bone mass.Conclusion:Through the clinical observations,Qihuangzhuanggufang has a significant effect for the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined osteoporosis and low bone mass.In terms of improving symptoms,it can effectively relieve pain,easy fractures,fatigue and other clinical manifestations caused by the osteoporosis.In the observation of indicators datas,it can increase bone density and reduce glycated hemoglobin,fasting and postprandial blood-glucose.The methods of invigorating the spleen,tonifying the kidney and invigorating the circulation of blood have a good preventive effect for type 2 diabetes combined osteoporosis and low bone mass.It is worth offurther research.
