Study On Rules Of Herbal Compounding Treating Superficial Venous Thrombophlebitis Based On Literature

Object: In order to provide the basis and guidance for the optimization of treatment,this thesis will analyze and summarize the rules come from nearly 20 years’ literature.of Chinese medicine treatment for Superficial Venous Thrombophlebitis.Methods: First, collecting the relevant literature of TCM treatment of Superficial Venous Thrombophlebitis from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) during 1995 to 2014. Then extracting the drug information and inputting data through Excel software. Next setting up a database and analyzing the date through data mining method such as frequency analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis. Finally discussing the justification and drug rules for Superficial Venous Thrombophlebitis.Results: This thesis selects 192 qualified references which involve 200 Chinese medicine, and gets some commonly used drugs. These drugs are mainly used to transferring blood circulation,removing blood stasis, clearing heat, curing deficiency and promoting water. The medicine property prefers to cold, warm and peace. Bitter medicine, sweet medicine and acrid medicine take the biggest part. Drugs belong to the period of liver, heart, spleen and lung. Clustering analysis gets eight kinds of drugs. These drugs are mainly used to clearing heat, promoting wet, activating collaterals, eliminating stagnation, warming blood, replenishing gas, clearing away wet, relieving poison, smoothing the liver, and promoting blood.Factor analysis gets 22 common factors which can be classified into13 kinds according to the treatment. These 13 kinds of common factors include transferring blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting wet, clearing heat and curing poison, lowing the temperature of blood and stopping it, promoting water and wet, removing heat and smoothing wet, expelling wind to relieve pain, removing heat meanwhile promoting wet and blood, smoothing liver and curing melancholy, smoothing the vain and warming menstruation, supplying gas and blood, and regulating yin and yang. Different types of high frequency drugs and commonly used medicines can be obtained according to the classification of syndrome, and corresponding with each syndrome’s pathogenesis characteristics.Conclusions: Drugs for promoting blood circulation meanwhile removing blood stasis take the most important part in treating Superficial Venous Thrombophlebitis. Clearing heat medicine, tonic medicine, and promoting water as well as wet medicine are also commonly used drugs. Therapeutic principles are mainly based on promoting blood circulation as well as removing blood stasis. The principles are also supplied with clearing heat and promoting wet. According to different types of syndrome, we can also use the methods of adding gas, adjusting blood, warming menstruation, smoothing the vein, and smoothing the liver to enhance the effect of treatment.
