| Objective:Using of Helicobacter Pylori (Hp) quadruple therapy and q uadruple therapy in combination with traditional Chinese medicine treatme nt of spleen and stomach syndrome Hp correlation of atrophic gastritis, res pectively reveal a single western medicine quadruple therapy and quadrupl e therapy in combination with the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine.B y means of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Hp correlation of atrophic gastritis taste hot and damp card clinical cura tive effect observation,seek a better treatment plan which combine traditio nal Chinese and western medicine.Methods:All cases were come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Medical outpatient and npatient treatment group and control group choose 45 cases.Every case ad opt random number table to determine if patients are capable into the group .Treatment group 45 cases:flavored xie xin-soluble granule-sjoint quad, w estern medicine.Control group 45 cases:simply taking western medicine qu adruple (quad drugs using is as same as treatment group) for two weeks. O bserved before and after treatment situation in patients with symptoms, blo od, urine, dung routine, liver function, renal function, Hp values, and side effects of the two groups, so as to compare the two groups of clinical curat ive effect. After two weeks of treatment,we evaluate the changes in sympto ms, physical signs, and the incidence of side effects of the two groups afte r medication.After one month we will review 13C breath test.Results:1.The two groups of patients difference in gender, age, respe ctively tested by chi-square method and independent samples method.There was no statistically meaning of significant different distribution,which sho ws that the two groups of gender are comparable.2.Various clinical symptom score between the two groups after treatment al 1 lower than non-treatment.But the treatment group symptoms score signif icantly lower than the control group. statistical analysis By statistical an alysis,it showed that after treatment of clinical symptoms,the total score o f the treatment group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05);3.The rank and inspection:To the treatment group of 43 cases 12 cases wer e cured,20 cases were markedly effective,8 cases of effective,ineffective in 3 cases,and the total effective rate was 93.02%.To the control group of 4 2 cases,9 cases were recovered,16 cases had markedly effect, effective in 7 cases,10 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 76.74%.4 By chi-square test, the results show two groups’ difference of Hp eradi :ate rate was statistically significant. Hp eradicate rate was 88.37% in treat nent group and 69.04% in control group.This indicated curative effective cate on Hp eradicate rate in treatment group is higherthan the control grou 3.5 By chi-square test, the result shows that the two groups’ differences of adverse reaction between treatment before and after distribution was statist ically significant, the treatment group had 14% incidence of adverse reacti (?)ns, the control group had 38% incidence of adverse reactions.That suggest s that the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group is lower tha n the control group.6.After statistics processing of safety indexes in both groups no obvious bnormal in difference distribution which indicated that the treatment is sa fe and can be used widely in clinical treatment.Conclusion:1. The flavored xie heart particles associated with wester n medicine can much better improve the the clinical symptoms of Hp correl ation of atrophic gastritis (taste hot and damp card) and improve patient’s q uality of life.2. The flavored xie heart particles with western medicine in t he clinical application improved the Hp eradicate rate.3. Through the inter vention effect of Chinese traditional medicine, it may reduce the adverse re action caused by simply taking western medicine,and improve the patient’s compliance. |
