In September 2012 to September 2013 in Chinese medicine hospital in Henan province during the period of conform to the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients, according to the random distribution method is divided into the treatment group and control group, two groups of 30 cases of each item. The T cells subgroup: treatment group and control group of T helper cells(CD3+ CD4+ T cells), CD3+ CD4+ / CD3+ CD8+ ratio significantly increased after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05), compared between the two groups treatment group than the control group increased significantly; T suppressor cell(CD3+ CD8+ cells after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and compared between the two groups treatment group than the control group decreased significantly.4. Bone marrow CD34~+ cells relative to count: the treatment group and control group of bone marrow CD34~+ cells count relatively,Significantly increased after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05), and compared between the two groups treatment group than the control group increased significantly.5. TCM symptoms curative effect: the curative effect of treatment group cases for clinical recovery, powerfully, effective and invalid respectively 4, 17, 7 and 2; T h e curative effect of control group cases for clinical recovery, powerfully, effective and invalid respectively 2, 11, 10 and 7; Two group total effective rate of 93.33%, 76.67% respectively; Through statistical analysis of the treatment group total effective rate was higher than control group total effective rate of TCM symptom(P < 0.05), the two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms total effective rate have significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion :1. Zi Sui Sheng Xue Jiaonang can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of chronic aplastic anemia patients, significantly improve the number of peripheral blood cells show that the effect of treatment of TCM and sure; And the treatment group does not appear obvious side effects and adverse reactions.2. Zi Sui Sheng Xue Jiaonang improve TCM symptoms curative effect in patients with CAA is superior to pure western medicine treatment.3.
