ObjectiveImpact study acupuncture points Fenglong and Xuehai and clinical intervention of hyperlipidemia(H L P), and by virtue of the test to see E A at Fenglong point, Xuehai hyperlipidemia rat liver A T P-binding cassette transporter son Al( A B C A1), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ( P P A R γ), liver orphan receptor A( L X R-a), the impact of retinoic acid X receptor α( R X R-α) expression, and to explore acupuncture treatment H L P possible mechanism to provide scientific methods and evidence for the clinical acupuncture treatment H L P.MethodsExperimental research: 5 0 S D rats by random table can be divided into normal group, model group and the local area including hong leong group, the Xuehai group and cupping ‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’ group. Normal group feed feed commonly, the other four groups were fed with high fat feed daily. After the modeling, E A Fong Long group received acupuncture treatment Fenglong E A EA Xue Hai group to be a Xuehai therapy, acupuncture Feng Long, Xue Hai at the same time be ‘Huatan Huoxue Fa’ therapy, continuous treatment of 6 times for a course of treatment after the end of a break one day, continued treatment four courses. After the end of treatment wasobserved in each group of rats blood lipid levels, and each group is detected in rat liver A B C A1, P P A R-γ, L X R- a, changes in the amount of R X R-α protein expression by Western Blot.Clinical research: H L P Patients by 6 0 cases, were alloted into 3 groups randomly, including 2 0 cases of electroacupuncture Fenglong group, 2 0 cases of electroacupuncture Xuehai group, 2 0 cases of electroacupuncture ‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’(Fenglong, Xuehai) group, 6 times as 1 course, total by 2 courses, changes of 3 cases with blood lipid later E A observation.Result1.The results of experiment: 1.1 Comparison of five groups of rats blood lipid level: compared with the normal group, model group, T C in rat blood S D, L D L-C levels increased obviously, mad a statistical sense difference( P< 0.01), while content of T G and H D L-C change is not obvious, mad no statistical sense difference( P> 0.05); model comparison the E A Fenglong group, T C, L D L-C level and E A Xuehai group in blood of rats mad a obviously lower, mad a statistical sense difference( P< 0.05 or P< 0.01), still obviously increased compared with normal control( P< 0.05 or P< 0.01); compared by E A Fenglong group, E A Xuehai group rats blood lipid blood T C and L D L-C levels decreased, but mad no statistical sense difference( P> 0.05), and E A ‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’(Fenglong, Xuehai) group rats T C, L D L-C level compared by E A Fenglong group mad a obviously decreased, mad a statistical sense difference( P< 0.01), but the blood T G and H D L-C had no obvious effect, mad no statistical sense difference( P> 0.05). 1.2 five groups of A B C A1 expression in rat liver, P P A R gamma, LX R- alpha, R X R alpha protein contrast: compared with normal group, model group expression of A B C A1 in S D rat liver, P P A R gamma, L X R- alpha, R X R alpha obvious lessen protein amount, mad a statistical sense difference( P< 0.01); Compared to model group, including the Fenglong group and the Xuehai rat liver expression of A B C A1, P P A R gamma, L X R- alpha, R X R alpha obvious stimulated the protein amount, mad a statistical sense difference( P< 0.05 or P< 0.01), but compared to normal group still mad no statistical sense drop( P< 0.05 or P< 0.01); Compared with cupping Fengleong group, including blood group of A B C A1 expression in rat liver, P P A R gamma, L X R- alpha, R X R alpha to reduce the protein amount, but mad no statistical sense difference( P> 0.05), while to Fonglong group, the rat liver protein expression of A B C A1, P P A R gamma, L X R- alpha, including R X R –alpha,the E A ‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’(Fenglong, Xuehai) group mad a statistical sense improve( P< 0.01). 2. Clinical results : 2.1 Comparison of the three groups of patients before and after the change in the efficacy of treatment : Fenglong group of patients after acupuncture treatment, Effective in 45 %, effective 40 %, invalid 15 %, deterioration in 0 %, the overall efficiency of : 85 %; EA Xuehai groups of patients after treatment, effective in 35.0 %, 45.0 % effective, ineffective 20.0 %, the deterioration of 0 %, the overall efficiency of : 80 %; EA ‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’(Fenglong, Xuehai) group in patients after treatment, effective in 50.0 %, 40.0 % effective, ineffective 10.0 % deterioration of 0 %, the overall efficiency of: 90 %. 2.2 patients in the three groups treat contrast has blood lipidlevel change: After E A, T C, T G, L D L-C in the blood level of each group mad a statistical sense decreased than treatment, and H D L-C level mad a statistical sense increased( P< 0.05 or P< 0.01); blood lipid level changes in the difference between the three groups of disparity, electroacupuncture blood serum T C, L D L-C declined significantly less than the magnitude of electroacupuncture at Fenglong group, mad a statistical sense difference( P< 0.05), and the change of T G and H D L-C mad no statistical sense difference( P> 0.05); E A ‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’(Fenglong, Xuehai) group,lipid T G and H D L-C mad a statistical sense increased than the reduction in amplitude of E A Fenglong group( P< 0.05), but T G and H D L-C level changes is not obvious, mad no statistical sense difference( P> 0.05).Conclusion1. Fenglong, Xuehai has obvious curative consequence on H L P, and clinical Fenglong acupoint effect is better than that of Xuehai, but the consequence is more remarkable when EA‘Huatan Huoxue Fang’combined two points. 2. E A Fenglong, Xuehai may lower blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia patients or rats, the protein content of A B C A1, P P A R gamma, L X R- alpha, upregulation of R X R-alpha in rat liver, inhibit inflammatory reaction, can help the improvement of endothelial cell function, is conducive to the transport and metabolism of cholesterol, with hyperlipidemia therapeutic effects, and further to prevent AS and cardiovascular diseases, worthy of clinical promotion.
