The Clinical Observation On Treating Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency By Yichang Tongmi Fang Combined Catgut Implantation At Acupoint

Objective Through the theoretical and clinical research, explore the mechanism of treating Slow Transit Constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency by Yichang Tongmi Fang combined catgut implantation at acupoint, observe the treatment methods to improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and so on, and assess the clinical curative effect objectively, provide theoretical and clinical basis from the application of the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, Finally to explore a simple and effective method to treating Slow Transit Constipation.Methods All of the 112 Patients were selected from the outpatient service and the inpatient of anorectal in the Hubei province Hospital of TCM, whom were consistented with the diagnostic criteria of STC. 45 patients were randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group(Yichang Tongmi Fang + catgut implantation at acupoint) has 15 cases, the control group A(Yichang Tongmi Fang group)has 15 cases and the control group B(Mosapride Citrate group)has 15 cases without A case fall off. The differences in gender, age, course of the disease, symptoms of integral before treatment and symptoms of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency are not statistical significance(P>0.05) between groups, comparable. Record and rate the patients, spontaneous stool frequency, frequency of defecation, defecation time, quality, and difficulty of defecation before and after 2 weeks treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after all treatment.Patients take Radio-opawue markers before 2 weeks, 4 weeks treatment and 4 weeks after all treatment,Record the distribution and operation of makers in 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours after taking Radio-opawue markers,Evaluate the colon transmission time,calculate the data and evaluate the clinical curative effect。Results ①Basic data difference comparison: The differences in gender, age, course of the disease and symptoms of integral before treatment are not statistical significance(P>0.05) between groups, comparable. After the treatment of 4 weeks, compare the total effective rate, P< 0.05, curative effect of three ways to treat the type of constipation is significant difference.②The comparison between three groups after 4 weeks, the improvement of symptoms in treatment group was better than before(p<0.05), defecate difficulty, defecate character and symptoms of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency in control group A improved more obviously than the treatment group(p<0.05),the symptoms in control group B compare with before,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05). Comparison between groups :the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group A and the control group B, in the improvemet of the symptoms of stool properties and spleen kidney Yang deficiency, The curative effect of control group A is better than that of control group B(p<0.05).③The comparison of colon transmission function: Before the treatment, three groups taking opaque X-ray markers, the comparison of discharge grain number of markers after 72 h, the marker to discharge more than that before the treatment in treatment group and control group A(P<0.05).④Follow-up in 4 weeks after treatment, recurrence of three groups: treatment group was 13.3%, control group A was 35.7%, control group B was 86.4%, significant difference was found in three groups of relapse(P<0.05).Conclusion ① Yichang Tongmi Fang combined catgut implan-tation at acupoint and Mosapride Citrate both showed an eff-ective way of treating STC of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency; the curative effect of Yichang Tongmi Fang combined catgut implantation at acupoint is superior to the pure oral Mosapride Citrate and oral Yichang Tongmi Fang.②Taking the long-term curative effect of treating STC of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency into consideration, the curative effect of Yichang Tongmi Fang combined catgut implantation at acupoint is superior to the pure oral Mosapride Citrate, the oral Yichang Tongmi Fang is superior to the pure oral Mosapride Citrate.
