In history, very few people mentioned about the thought of the five zang-organs about "mastering the both end"."Both end"represent the characteristics of five zang-organs on the peak state,and also represent the philosophy of unity of opposites."Mastering" means that we should realize and solve problems from two aspects,not from one. These all show in nelumbo, physiology and pathology about five zang-organs in the book of Inner Canon of Huangdi.The author systematically outlines and studies on the theory of "mastering the both end" about five zang-organs in literature-research method on the base of a large number of modern and ancient literatures, especially for the further research of Canon of Huangdi. Full text focuses on the ideas of the five zang-organs origin about "mastering the both end" theoretical basis, disease control and prevention and other aspects.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter analyzes the origin thinking of Zhi Liangduan from the vastness writing of pre-Qin philosophers,containing"Shi Jing","Yi Jing","Lun Yu","Dao De Jing","Gui Gu Zi","Han Fei Zi",sort out the source and course vein, of "mastering the both end". Our ancestors had to realize things ordinary have two characteristics which are opposite,contrast and symbiotic. Wise men should realize and solve problems from two aspects. But our ancesetors were not they are not put forward the viewpoint clearly, relevant expositions lies in between the lines. Thus subject is needed to explore and experience by the later generations of people.The second chapter states the philosophical foundation of "mastering the both end",and relations with materialist dialectics,relativity principle,On Contradiction,Bakhtin’s Carnival Poetics. This is from modem philosophy level to evaluate it, discuss it deeply and generally.The third chapter mainly elaborates the explanations of 12 words in ancient books,like Shuowen-Jiezi, Kangxi Dictionary and so on,which includes of,master exreme,steffness,flexibility,dim,bright,endless, tr an sportation,immobility,dispersion,purifying,powerful, artful.The fourth chapter mainly discusses some affiliate relationship about five zang-organs, and the theoretical basis for the thought of "nature and humanity". Looking for related on the basis of the characteristic of five zang-organs about "mastering the both end", starting from some affiliate,such as the five elements,seasons,government post,five movements and six climates.The fifth chaper states the pathological states of five zang-organs,acquired by over the top or much less one of the two endpoints,to illuminate why will say that liver is steffness and flexibility,heart is dim and bright, spleen is endless transportation and immobility,lung is dispersion and purifying, kidney is powerful and artful.The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the the disease of five zang-organs,under the state of imbalance at the both ends,adjusted by the sides of over the top and much less, combining with the idea of "moderation" in ancient China,just as Confucius said that going too far is as bad as not going far enough.The seventh chapter mainly discuss the treatment and prevention of five zang-organs disease, from the perspective of both ends. The word "both end", first seen in "Lun Yu,Zi Han". Confucius said:I tap on its both ends and exhaust behavior. "Both end" reflects the materialist dialectics thought of Chinese thinkers of the past,and has many similarities with materialist dialectics,relativity principle,On Contradiction,Bakhtin’s Carnival Poetics.This article explores the thinking of Zhi Liangduan thoroughly the origin question, tries the different depth, its research results may supply the article, the historv,wise, the medical four aspect scholars to refer.
