The Quality Management Research Of LuChuan Urban Medical Insurance Information Management Platform

LuChuan urban medical insurance information management platform is the subsystem of JinBao engineering launched by the Ministry of human resources and social security, and the basics of the JinBao engineering. It is mainly the establishment of computer network system, telephong hotline services, health insurance card and website service terminal as a whole, servicing in the project of electronic govement affairs for urban medical insurance.The target of the project is meeting the health care needs of the population in the urban, the various extensions support business needs, and supplying foundation for real-time connection of the JinBao engineering. The project quality, which is the most important problems, is the key of operating successfully, long-term safely, and trouble-freely.The research focused on the quality management, and consisted of six parts:introduction, Literature review, the process and methods of project quality management, quality problems and analysis, the ideas and measures of improving quality management, research summary.Firstly, this paper was based on the quality management theory about modern project and software project, with the object focusing on project quality,which contained marginal cost-benefit method, quality flowcharts、WBS breakdown structure,etc. The analysis and research is focused on the quality planning, assurancing and controlling, in combination with quality management process in the specific empirical and software project characteristics.Secondly, the advantage and disadvantage of the project has been found through the project implementation process of analysis and research. Finding questions, proposing project quality improvement ideas and suggestions have been done. Effective safeguards also have been adopted to protect the implementation of quality management improvement.Finally, a summary about the results and immovation of the projects reaearch has been made.
