With the rapid development of medical technology,the quality of medical services has become a focal point of society.The medical quality management system,as a new medical management tool based on information technology,aims to improve the quality and safety of medical services in hospitals.The Comprehensive Medical Quality Control and Supervision Management Platform is divided into three subsystems: the electronic companion certificate management system,the medical quality control and supervision management system,and the medical adverse event management system.Depending on the actual situation within the hospital,a certain system can be deployed separately,or the entire platform can be integrated and deployed.These three subsystems together constitute the core functions of this platform,which can help hospitals achieve comprehensive monitoring and analysis of medical quality,promptly identify problems and take effective measures to solve them,thereby improving the management level of hospitals and the quality of medical services.This dissertation focuses on the design and implementation of this platform,and elaborates on its functions,architecture,and implementation methods.Through theoretical research on medical quality management,the functional requirements and technical requirements of the Comprehensive Medical Quality Control and Supervision Management Platform were clarified.The electronic companion certificate management is mainly for efficient and sustainable management of personnel flow,reducing the workload of ward management personnel;the medical quality control and supervision management is responsible for providing real-time feedback on deficiencies discovered during supervision to relevant department heads,facilitating hospital supervision and inspection anytime,anywhere,and further strengthening medical quality and safety management;the medical adverse event management is responsible for ensuring that the entire process of handling adverse events conforms to norms.The platform can comprehensively monitor and analyze various links within the hospital and has good data visualization and report generation functions.Based on the above requirements analysis,this dissertation compares the current popular front-end technology frameworks and back-end technology frameworks,and ultimately chooses Vue and Spring Boot frameworks for system construction and development.This platform is also equipped with a mobile We Chat applet,which can be published and used on the We Chat open platform.For data storage,this platform uses the My SQL database,and the data access layer uses the My Batis-Plus framework.This dissertation uses software engineering methods to elaborate on the overall architecture design and implementation plan of the platform.For the design of each functional module,flowcharts and activity diagrams are used to describe the specific design ideas and implementation processes of each functional module.In the database design phase,the relationships between various data tables can be clearly displayed through E-R diagrams and table structure design.In the implementation and testing phase,the implementation effects of each functional module are displayed through the interface,and test cases are executed to check the operation of the system.Overall,the Comprehensive Medical Quality Control and Supervision Management Platform has become an indispensable tool in modern hospital management.Through testing and application,it has been proven that this platform can effectively assist hospitals in comprehensive medical quality management and quality control supervision work,improve medical quality and safety level,and has good practical value and promotion prospects.Currently,this platform has been launched in multiple hospitals,and its operation has been well received by hospital staff.
