| With the aging population of the society and sudden occurrence of infectious diseases, more and more people pay attention to own health. This paper is based on the key project of Science and Technology Support Plan Projects of Jiangsu Province which named “The Development of Remote Real-time Monitoring System of Sudden Infectious Disease On Patients Physiological Parametersâ€,launching the research and design of multiple physiological parameters of portable network monitoring,the topic is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value.Firstly, the paper researches the algorithms of the heart rate and detecting of noninvasive blood pressure. For the calculation of systolic blood pressure, using the relationship between pulse wave transmission time linear and systolic blood to count blood pressure values; and for diastolic blood pressure calculations, using a single elastic chamber model to analyze the existence of exponential changes relationship between the diastolic and systolic blood pressure, vascular peripheral resistance R and arterial compliance C, and arterial conform C of coefficient will vary by age and sex-dependent changes by the experimental data. Therefore, this paper re-calibration coefficients C in arterial compliance depending on different age and gender, which can calculate the value of the diastolic blood pressure.Secondly, because of the acquisition of ECG and pulse signals contain noise interference, to get the accurate heart rate and blood pressure values,the paper is based on signal processing and analysis of wavelet transform, focusing on the processing of the signal noise in wavelet threshold method, which were used to forced denoising method, a four-point smoothing and given threshold denoising processing method, the simulation results obtain that a given threshold denoising method is better when getting suitable threshold.Finally, focusing on the overall realization of portable collection of nodes, including a detailed analysis of ECG acquisition circuit,such as the preamplifier circuit, high-pass, low-pass filtering,and a main amplifier.secondly, introducing the design of software,such as the connection between GS1010 nodes and destination network, heart rate and blood pressure value calculation and the wireless transmission of the data.The experiment results show that: the correctness and feasibility of this detection method, better monitoring accuracy, stable performance, achieving the desired design requirements, and the system can be applied to real-time monitoring of the elderly in outdoor. |
