Objective: To observe the hippocampus tissue apoptosis in exercise-induced fatigue rats situation,the content of 5-HT, DA, P-PI3 K, AKT, P-GSK-3 and the changes of beta Ser protein level and PI3 K, AKT, P-GSK-3 gene expression, Analysis of the influence of exercise fatigue on the PI3K/AKT signal pathway in hippocampus of rats, to further explore the neurological biological mechanism of the central fatigue. Methods: 30 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, respectively: model group(15 rats) and control group(15 rats). Start speed is 15 m/min, gradually increased to the highest speed is 35m/min; each time for about 20 min, the training period was about 7 weeks. The content of CK, BUN increased significantly(P < 0.05).(2) compared with the model group with the control group, the content of 5-HT/DA in the model group increased significantly(P < 0.05).(3) compared with the model group with the control group, model group, cell apoptosis rate increased significantly in the model group(P < 0.05).(4) compared with the model group with the control group, model group PI3 K, AKT, GSK-3 beta protein expression increased significantly(P < 0.05).(5) compared with the model group with the control group, model group PI3 K, AKT, GSK-3 beta m RNA expression increased significantly(P < 0.05). Conclusion: High intensity exercise on hippocampal tissue in rats of PI3 K, AKT, GSK-3 beta protein expression increased.The expression of hippocampus PI3 K, AKT, m RNA significantly increased GSK-3 beta. Therefore, high intensity exercise can activate PI3K/AKT signaling pathway play an important role in anti apoptosis.
