With the development of interventional radiology equipment and widely used, patients tend to select interventional radiology means for diagnosis and treatment.In interventional diagnosis and treatment, the radiation damage problem of staff when they operating interventional radiology equipment beside the table has caused wide attention of the researchers at home and abroad.People usually use DSA( digital subtraction Angiorgraphy, DSA) equipment to diagnosis and treatment in Interventional Involved in shielding estimation model of DSA has been the focus of interventional diagnosis and treatment of radiation protection calculation work.Present,it doesn’t has common sense on the estimation thickness for the shielding in domestic and foreign, also there isn’t unified international estimate way, so that the researchers could not master room outside the public, interventional radiation damage condition of staff.To master the interventional radiology equipment running status and the status of the personnel radiation damage in Urumch, Xinjiang.Study through the investigation of urumqi hospital DSA equipment radiation condition and study the effects of radiation, to build evaluation system model, measure whether the equipment operation of radiation protection standards and dose limit requirements, basic grasp each big hospital DSA equipment radiation condition and distribution of pollution, and put forward a series of practical and targeted, practical, scientific and effective measures to prevent and control pollution and the suggestion, the shielding of DSA equipment room provides the theory basis for design and professional personnel dose estimation, to promote and standardize the application of DSA equipment, environmental protection, the public and staff health from unnecessary radiation hazard, has the very vital significance.Through the investigation of urumqi 12 sets of DSA equipment radiation room parameters and the related technical parameters of interventional radiology operation, build room shielding calculation model and personal dose estimation model, estimatethe DSA shielding layer thickness needed when the normal operation of the machine room and staff illuminated dose, evaluate the DSA machine room and interventional radiology staff the shielding effect of radiation damage situation, actually feasible pollution protection Suggestions are put forward.Main conclusions as follows:(1)Investigate present situation of the 12 sets of DSA equipment and estimate the shielding layer thickness needed through the estimation model,we can draw the following conclusion:①The thickness of the shield around 12 sets of DSA equipment room is greater than the thickness of the theoretical calculation, shows the corresponding shielding layer thickness design around the room wall within protection standards[1]and selected dose management target.②The shielding layer thickness of 12 sets of DSA equipment room roof and floor is greater than the basic theoretical estimates.Among them, Among them, the lead equivalent thickness of the floor success rate was 91.7%(1) to make hospital, roof lead equivalent thickness success rate was 75%(2, 7) to make hospital, observation window success rate was 100%. Under normal conditions, on the launch of the X-ray tube ball most accepted by detector, very few amount of ray hit the floor. To avoid abnormal conditions caused by radiation accidents, it is recommended that at least 0.94 mmPb equivalent increased 1 hospital floor, roof 4 mmPb equivalent to at least 2 hospital, 5 hospital roof at least 1.7 mmPb increased yield, 6 hospital roof at least 1.6 mmPb increased yield, 7 hospital roof at least 1.3 mmPb equivalent.③The standard of medical X-ray diagnosis of radiological protection requirements(GBZ130-2013) was performed in May 1, 2014 in China, the standard from the interventional radiology equipment protection performance, the medical staff illuminated dose aspects put forward concrete radiation protection requirement, the investigation of the 12 hospitals are accord with a standard to ask.(2)Through the study of the status quo of the technical parameters of 12 sets of equipment, modeling estimation operator illuminated agent, can draw the following conclusion:①Survey in 12 hospitals, take effective measures, the radiation protection of each hospital operators in the organization’s illuminated doses are in conformity with the relevant provisions of the relevant literature and the standard of annual effective dose is lower than the selected management target(5mSv/a). the intervention of the operator is up to 91.7%.Illustrate interventional radiology clinical activities in staff level of radiation protection well in Urumchi.Among them, 6 hospital intervention operation personnel annual effective dose is higher than the value of the selected target management, which analyze the causes, and may be due to the few number of doctors the hospital equipped.②In the annual effective dose is lower than the target management of hospital, interventional operation personnel up to an annual effective dose of 1.5 m Sv/a;Annual effective dose is higher than the target management of hospital, interventional operation personnel up to an annual effective dose of 7.86 mSv/a.In the human body each organization’s local dose equivalent value, illuminated dose as follows: lower limb>abdomen>chest>foot>crystal eyes.Visible, in the future intervention operation, can’t ignore the exposure larger local tissue for effective protection.(3) Implementation of interventional radiology, suggest the following measures can be taken to reduce staff radiation dose:① Reduce the exposure time, increase the protection distance, additional shielding facilities;② Detection of radiology equipment protective performance regularly, strictly abide by the operation procedure and ensure the normal operation of the radiation protection measures;③ Strengthen the protection of the key partial organizations;④ Involved in department of safety protection, safeguard the vital interests of the professional staff;⑤ Try to choose pulse perspective instead of continuous perspective to reduce the equipment qualification.
