Objective: Though compare the IL-10 and IFN-γexpression of different OLP by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) in serum, define the OLP pathogen and monitor the development of OLP.Methods: Collect periodontal disease diagnosed 45 cases of patients with oral, 15 cases of patients with divided erosive(erosive group), 15 cases of patients with congestive erythema( hyperemia erythema group), 15 cases of patients with reticulate( textured group) and healthy people as control group at the University Hospital of Stomatology Jiamusi Branch in 2014. ALL saliva and non- anticoagulated blood samples of each group was collected at the morning 8 to 10. Saliva samples using static suction method to extract 1ml of saliva, centrifuged to remove sediment, keep in a refrigerator within-70 ℃. Serum samples were collected to be the selection of patients fasting blood drawn 2ml, after centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes and the supernatant 1ml, keep in a-70 ℃ refrigerator. In advance 24 hours before the experiment started replaced stored samples in the refrigerator for half an hour within-4 ℃. The samples was taken out to recover room temperature before the experiment, then samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in serum and saliva in the experimental group and control group object the expression levels of interferon- γ and interleukin- 10, according to the statistical analysis of the correlation.Results:1 The levels expression of IFN-γin erosive OLP serum was(17.37 ± 1.13) ng / L; the level expression of IFN-γin congestive erythema OLP serum was(20.88 ± 3.19) ng / L; the level expression of IFN-γin reticulate OLP was(26.85 ± 1.78) ng / L;ALL of them were significantly lower than the control group(35.46 ± 0.98) ng / L, and the erosive, congestive erythema and the presence of serum IFN- γ levels in reticulate were significant differences and there were statistically significant(P <0.01).2 Erosive OLP expression levels of IFN- γ in saliva was(6.36 ± 1.56) ng / L, congestive erythema expression levels of IFN- γ in saliva was(8.57 ± 0.11) ng / L;,reticulate expression levels of IFN- γ in saliva was(11.49 ± 0.89) ng / L, and normal control group was significantly lower(18.73 ± 1.42) ng / L. The levels of IFN- γ expression in the erosive, congestive erythema and reticulate in saliva was significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3 Erosive OLP serum levels of interleukin- 10 expression was(33.11 ± 1.61) ng / L; congestive erythema serum levels of interleukin- 10 expression was(32.03 ± 0.81) ng / L; reticulate serum the expression levels of interleukin- 10 was(26.93 ± 1.61) ng / L; normal control group(25.85 ± 2.95) ng / L was significantly higher compared with erosive, congestive reticulate erythema and serum leukocyte IL- 10 expression levels were statistically significant(P <0.01).4 Erosive OLP saliva levels of IL- 10 expression was(16.66 ± 1.48) ng / L; congestive erythema saliva levels of IL- 10 expression was(12.47 ± 0.74) ng / L; reticulate saliva leukocytes the expression levels of IL- 10 was(6.30 ± 1.23) ng / L; compared with normal control group(4.57 ± 0.85) ng / L, were significantly increased, and erosive, congestive reticulate erythema and saliva of patients the presence of interleukin 10 expression levels were significantly different, statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusions 1 In the experimental group compared with the control group, the levels of IFN- γ expression in OLP patients serum and saliva showed a decreasing trend(P <0.01), there are significant differences and there is statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group.2 Compared with the control group, interleukin- 10 expression level of congestive erythema OLP and erosive OLP in serum and saliva was significantly higher(P <0.01 or P <0.05); and compared with reticulate, erosive OLP and congestive erythema OLP were significantly higher expression levels of interleukin- 10. 3 Above-mentioned statistics results show that expression levels of IFN- γ and interleukin- 10 in patients with OLP is relevant statistical significance between in serum and in saliva, it suggests that clinical saliva samples collection can replace OLP blood samples for studying the pathogenesis of OLP.
