Prevalence Of Cardiovascular Disease Among The Rural Residents In Yutian Country

Objectives Through the prevalence survey of the cardiovascular disease,get information of the prevalence of high blood pressure, stroke, coronary heart disease several of rural residents in yutian county and to explore the influence factors of high blood pressure,stroke, coronary heart disease,and provide guidance for cardiovascular disease prevention and control work in rural areas though the survey of the cardiovascular disease.Methods This research is part of the "china important cardiovascular prevalence survey and key technology research",through the multi-stage random sampling method, finally completed 2 township, 6 village, total1902 people in Yutian country.The survey was conducted by questionnaire survey and physical examination. Questionnaire survey covered the respondents’ s basic information, life style, disease information. Physical examination included measurement of height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure. Descriptive statistical analysis,t test, chi-square test and Multiariable Logistic regression analysis by statistical software SPSS17.0.Results 1. The survey completed1902 people, including 952 males and 950 females. The prevalence of hypertension was35.6%, the prevalence of male was 36.6%, the prevalence of female was 34.7%, the prevalence of stroke was30.0‰,the prevalence of male was36.8‰, the prevalence of female was23.2‰, the prevalence of coronary heart disease was11.0‰, the prevalence of male was8.4‰,the prevalence of female was13.7‰. 2According to the results by multiariable Logistic regression analysis:middle aged/elderly,married/remarried/cohabiting, divorced/widowed, overweight(24≤BMI<28kg/m2), obesity(BMI≥28kg/m2), central obesity(male:WC≥85cm,female:WC≥80cm), visceral obesity(VAI≥10),lack of sleep,family history /early-onset family history were risk factors of hypertension to residents.High school education or above was the protection factor in hypertension; Middle-aged/elderly,Junior high school education,obesity abdominally obese,lack of sleep, early-onset family history, illness of hypertension were risk factors for stroke disease; illness of hypertension was a risk factor for coronary heart disease.Conclusions 1. The prevalence rate of hypertension,stroke, coronary heart disease at higher levels throughout the country of the residents in Yutian county; 2 Hypertension are mainly correlation with factors of age,marital status,family history,overweight-obesity and sleep state.3 Stroke are mainly correlation with factors of age,level of education,family history,obesity, sleep state and hypertension. 4 Coronary heart disease are mainly correlation with factors of hypertension.
