| ObjectivesTo evaluate the clinical effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride and nifedipine in the treatment of distal ureteral stone, in order to offer choice for the treatment of distal ureteral stone.Methods94 cases were chosen during Match 2013 to December 2014 in Qinghai provincial people’s hospital due to the distal ureteral stone, and all the cases were randomly divided into 2 hospitalized groups according to the treatment order.47 cases were taken tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4mg daily and nifedipine 10 mg,3/d; Both of these two groups were taken infusion therapy and expulsive particles 5g 3/d. Then, the stone excretion rate, lithecbole time, and the total dosage of analgesic drugs were observed in order to compare the curative effect.ResultsThe control group and the treatment group’s lithecbole time were(10.132±4.423)d,(7.333±3.135)d, the total dosage of analgesic drugs were(421.743 ±33.333)mg,(208.532±26.246)mg, the total efficiency of 95.750% treatment group was significantly better than that of the total efficiency of 61.707% by statistical analysis. The treatment group was better than the control group in the stone excretion rate, lithecbole time, and the total dosage of analgesic drugs. there were significant differences(p<0.05). The control group and the treatment group’s stone diameter were(6.343±2.072)mm,(6.125±1.977)mm, compared the two groups, there were no significant difference(p> 0.05).ConclusionsIn this study, by comparing the two groups’ stone excretion rate, lithecbole time, and the total dosage of analgesic drugs, to arrive the concludes that conservative treatment process in the application of tamsulosin and nifedipine can significantly improve the stones excretion rate,reduce the incidence of renal colic, improve clinical curative effect. Therefore, it is a simple, effective way for thetreatment of distal ureteral stone, which is worth to be popularized. |
