| Objectives Discussion methimazole combined with glucocorticoid treatment of hyperthyroidism clinical complications of treatment, in order to select the suitable drug treatments for hyperthyroidism complications.Patients and methods The cases were collected from inpatient,outpatient received treatment in Ningxia Medical University Hospital and Ningxia Medical University Cardiovascular And Cerebrovascular disease Hostipal from 2011 to 2014,and accord with diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for the liver function damaged or blood system damaged in patients with hyperthyroidism,were set to the three groups:single methimazole treated group,single glucocorticoid treated group and methimazole combined with glucocorticoid treated group,patients with liver function damaged or blood system damaged of hyperthyroidism were mild damaged.In which a single treatment with methimazole group and a single glucocorticoid treatment were the control group,the methimazole joint glucocorticoid treatment group was the observation group,after the results of the three different treatments,in turn were divided into the three groups before treatment and after treatment,30 cases were observed in each group,so it involves a total of 90 cases of the study.After three different methods of treatment,by detecting the figures of hyperthyroidism merger liver damlaged or blood system damaged,obtained FT3 and FT4 levels before and after treatment, white blood cell count before and after treatment, absolute neutrophil count and liver function(including alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase) levels before and after treatment,were compared,the difference was significant difference in the three groups(P <0.5).Results ①Single with methimazole treated liver function damaged or blood system damaged with hyperthyroidism in 30 patients,after treatment efficacy:the clinical efficacy of FT3:significantly improved in 9 cases,improved in 9 cases,12 cases of poor,the total effective number of 18 cases,the total effective rate of 60%;FT4 of clinical efficacy: significantly improved in 13 cases,improved in 7 cases,10 cases of poor,the total effective number of 20 cases,the total effective rate of 66.7%;AST clinical efficacy:significantly improved in 6 cases,improved in 3 cases,21 cases of poor,the total effective number of 9 cases,the total effective rate was 30%;clinical efficacy of ALT:significantly improved in 3 cases,improved in 5 cases,22 cases of the poor,the total effective capacity of 8 cases,the total effective rate was 26.7%;hyperthyroidism have 14 cases of leukopenia,neutropenia have 7 cases,the treatment was ineffective.②Single with glucocorticoid treated liver function damaged or blood system damaged with hyperthyroidism in 30 patients,after treatment efficacy:the clinical efficacy of FT3:significantly improved in 1 case,improved in 14 cases,15 cases of poor,the total effective number of 15 cases,the total effective rate of 50%;clinical efficacy of FT4:significantly improved in 5 cases,improved in 9 cases,16 cases of poor,the total effective number of 14 cases, the total effective rate was 46.7%;clinical efficacy of AST:significantly improved in 6 cases,5 cases improved,19 cases of poor, the total effective number of 11 cases,the total effective rate was 36.7%;clinical efficacy of ALT: significantly improved in 5cases,improved in 15 cases,10 cases of the poor,the total effective number of 15 cases,the total effective rate was 50.0%;hyperthyroidism 12 cases of leukopenia,neutropenia reduce the absolute value of 18 patients after treatment for 10 cases effective leukocyte,granulocyte valid for 10 cases.③30 patients with methimazole combined with glucocorticoid therapy in liver function damaged or blood system damaged with hyperthyroidism,after treatment efficacy:the clinical efficacy of FT3:significantly improved in 5 cases,improved in 11 cases,14 cases of poor,the total effective number of 16 cases,the total effective rate was 53.3%;clinical efficacy FT4:significantly improved in 8 cases,improved in 8 cases,14 cases of poor, the total effective number of 16 cases,the total effective rate was 53.3%;clinical efficacy of AST:significantly improved in 8 cases,improved in 6 cases,16 cases of the poor,the total effective number of 14 cases,the total effective rate was 46.7%;clinical efficacy of ALT: significantly improved in 11 cases,improved in 6 cases,13 cases of poor,the total effective number of 17 cases,the total effective rate was 56.7%;hyperthyroidism had 8 cases of leukopenia,neutropenia reduce the absolute value of 9 patients after treatment effective for 6 cases of leukocytes,neutrophils valid for 5 cases.Conclusions 1.Patients with methimazole combined with glucocorticoids may improve the liver function damaged with hyperthyroidism’s liver function and thyroid function.2.The combined blood system damaged in patients with hyperthyroidism,methimazole combined with glucocorticoids can significantly improve the white blood cell count and neutrophil absolute value. |
