0bjective:Traumatic brain injury is a major reason cause nervous system damage, and have a higher morbidity and mortality. It has an important significance for guiding treatment and doctor-patient communication though anticipate the damage degree and the prognosis in the early injure.Though assay the trend of H2 S level in Cerebral spinal fluid after cerebral injury,to investigate the relation of H2 S level and injury degree, clinical significance, search a fast and effective way about calculate injury degree and prognosis.Provide a new treat idea of traumatic brain injury, guide diagnosis and treat in clinical. Methods:In this study,60 patients with traumatic brain injury were enrolled from emergency department of the first hospital of shanxi medical university, divide into groups according to GCS core, the Cerebral spinal fluid samples were collected in different time(0.5d、1d、1.5d、2d、3d、5d、7d)after traumatic brain injury.Assay the H2 S level in the Cerebral spinal fluid with spectrophotometry. After 3 month follow-up of patients will do retrospective study, according to its recovery is divided into four groups:fully recovered group(20 cases without sequelaw),the life can provide for oneself group(legacy sequela)24cases,the life cannot provide for oneself in 11 cases, plant survival group 5 case, the 1d after injury were reviewed the cerebrospinal fluid of H2 S concentration when 1d after injure.Resluts:1.The Cerebral spinal fluid H2 S level rise among 45 patients from the severe a ndmoderate traumatic brain groups when 0.5day after injure.Achieve the peak abou t 1 day after traumatic brain injury.2.The peak level of severe group was obviously higher than that of moderate group, mild group does not appear obvious peak.3.The analysis showed that the peak concentrations of H2 S level in the Cerebral spinal fluid of severe traumatic brain group[(55.15±4.05)μmmol/L]were higher than the control group[(11.32±3.58)μmmol/L,(p<0.05)].It was significant in moderate traumaticbrai n group [(55.15±4.05)μmmol/L] compare with the control group [(27.06±9.63)μmmol/L].Conclusions:The more severe the traumatic degree and the more outcome, the higher concentration of H2 S in Cerebral spinal fluid, the H2 S level may reflect the degree of injury.Assay the concentrations of H2 S when early phase can help to judge the level of brain injury. It can offer a new train of thought and guiding function of monitor the change of H2 S level.
