Objective:Femoral neck fractures analysis comparison ring distribution associated with the degree of postoperative pain and health recovery factor.Methods:Survey of 223 femoral neck fracture patients in our hospital between 2006-2012,has been designed to complete the questionnaire.This questionnaire involved Numerical rating scale and The Euroqol group’s 5-domain Questionnaire.Results:Statistical results show that the degree of pain affect the order of surgical approach(open reduction and internal fixation),analgesia and ASA classification;factors affecting the degree of rehabilitation after surgery were surgical(open reduction fixation),ASA classification and age(P <0.05).Conclusions:Factors affecting the health of femoral neck fracture postoperative pain and recovery is multifaceted, affecting the surgical approach and ASA classification is particularly evident. Understand the reasons for the targeted treatment of femoral neck fracture surgery can reduce pain and improve patient health recovery.
