Objective:Bipolar radiofrequency effect the back skin of rabbit. Calculate the dermal thickness,different time measurement, collagen fibers, elastic fibers and the content change of fiber cells, to evaluate the effect of RF technology influence on skin tissue.Methods:8 New Zealand white rabbits, each rabbit symmetrical mark left side was the control area,right into the treatment area. Bipolar radiofrequency treatment area given the same energy,a total of 7 days, 5 irradiation, given no treatment control zone. After completion of therapy,respectively, 7 days,1 months, 2 months, 3 months cut control skin and treatment areas, to observe the change of skin tissue, calculating the number of fibroblasts, dermal thickness measurement by HE staining; for Sirius red staining to observe the change of measurement of skin collagen fiber content, Victoria blue staining to observe the change of measurement of elastic fiber content.Results:1.Effects of bipolar radiofrequency were observed by naked eyes after the skin is slightly swollen, complete appearance without injury, treatment process without pain and comfort.2.The dermal thickness of the treatment group was significantly thicker than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.At 3 months after treatment with bipolar radiofrequency, the number of fibroblasts in each time point was increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The number of fibroblasts in the treatment group was significantly increased at 3 months, 2months, and the number of the treated fibroblasts was decreased at 2 months, but significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 months.4.The treatment of the rabbit dermal collagen can promote the enlargement of collagen,shorten the size of the rabbit dermal collagen, and the size of the rabbit dermis is increased..The collagen area of the experimental group increased gradually over time, and the experimental group was higher than the control group at 1 weeks, 1 months, 2 months and3 months, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The bipolar radiofrequency can promote the dermal elasticity fiber hyperplasia of rabbit skin. The new elastic fiber is more slender, arranged closely, and the superficial hyperplasia of the dermis is more obvious.. The area of elastic fibers in the experimental group and the control group were gradually increased over time, and the experimental group was significantly increased. 1 weeks, 1 months, 2 months, 3 months of experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Bipolar radiofrequency can increase dermal thickness, promote skin fibroblast proliferation,and collagen synthesis and elastic fibers increased, the two closely spaced. The experiment shows: bipolar radiofrequency technology can effectively increase skin elasticity and thickness, reduce wrinkles. After a course of treatment, curative effect can be maintained for more than 3 months.
