| Objective:Retrospectively analyzed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)â…¢ level in patients with infection situation and treatment. Meanwhile, the fast frozen pathological examination was also studied to reveal its apllications in clinical treatment. Methods:The statistical analysis was performed on 3507 case of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. The data of grade â…¢ patients from 2005 to 2014 was collected from Shanxi Province Cancer Hospital. And cone with the 2281 routine cervical cold knife cut method and 1226 patients underwent hysterectomy patients clinical data for analysis.Results:1. 2005 to 2014 CIN grade â…¢ patients from 100 to 575, the study demonstrates that there is a moderate growing in the number of CIN â…¢patients.2. CIN â…¢ level in different age groups in different patients, peak age for 41 to 50 years old.3. The coincidence rate is 98.2% between frozen pathology and paraffin pathology in judging the CINâ…¢.4. The coincidence rate is 92.2% between frozen pathology and paraffin pathology in judging the incisal margin. Conclusion:Overall, our project implies that there is a significant increase in the number of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade â…¢ patients over years. Moreover, the onset age is given priority to with 41 to 50 years old. From our study, we can show that intraoperative frozen pathology can be utilized as a valuable method for the operation, which is benefical to determine the necessity of expanding the operation scope or to. reduce the pain of patients affected by secondary surgery. |
