Objective: Cervical conization,as a fertility preserving surgery for patients,is more and more widely uesd in clinic for CIN II-III and early invasive cancer patients.The widely used cervical conization is: cold knife conization of the cervix(CKC),cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP),general electric knife conization.The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of high frequency electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:80caes patients diagnosed with HSIL in The 1st affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College between December 2014 and December 2015.40 of them treated by High frequency electrotome conization while 40 of them treated by LEEP.Observe and contrast the blood lose during operation、blood lose after operation、time of operation、the rate of infect、the rate of cervical stenosis、the rate of positive margin and the disease relapse.Results:The blood lose during operation for high frequency electrotome conization and LEEP was 13.55±2.63 ml 和 13.15±2.16 ml,(t=-0.973 P>0.05);the time of operation for high frequency electrotome conization and LEEP was(19.88±3.16)min and(19.22±2.42)min(t=1.558,P>0.05),the height of specimen of the two groups were27.30 + 1.87 mm and 16.77 +1.86 mm(t=28.157 P<0.05);the rate of positive margin for high frequency electrotome conization and LEEP was 2.50% and 10.0%(x2=1.920,P>0.05).The rate of recurrent for high frequency electrotome conization and LEEP was 2.85% and 17.64%(x2=4.138,P<0.05).The rate of infect、the disease relapse between two groups were no statistically significant.Conclusion:High frequency electrotome conization is easy to operate.The control of blood lose during operation、time of operation effectively and reduce the complication of operation as well as LEEP;while with therapeutic was better than LEEP.
