| Objective: Retrospctively to research the expression and clinic significance of p14 ARF and Pokemon in chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical carcinoma,and analyze the correlation between p14 ARF and Pokemon, the relationship and relevance of these protein of expression and histopathological grade,clincal stage.Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detrmine the expression of p14 ARF and Pokemon in 240 cases of Xinjiang Uygur and Han women with cervical lesions. Each of Uygur and Han have 120 cases, according to pathological results four groups were divided, 30 cases of non-neoplasia group(normal and chronic inflammatory group), 30 cases of CIN I group,30 cases of CIN II- III group, 30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of p14 ARF gene and Pokemon gene in Han cervical lesionsThe expression of p14 ARF gene and Pokemon gene in cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical cancer have statistics meaning(P<0.05); cervical cancer group and cervicitis group compared, difference has statistics meaning(P<0.01);cervical cancer group and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) group compared, difference has statistics meaning(P<0.01);cervicitis and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) group compared, there was a significant difference(P<0.01); the expression of p14 ARF gene and the Pokemon gene in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN), difference has no significant statistics meaning(P>0.01).3.The relationship of p14 ARF gene and Pokemon gene expression in Uygur and Han in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the analysis of national differencesIn cervical squamous cell carcinoma organizes, the p14 ARF expression and the Pokemon expression present correlation(P<0.05,r=1;P<0.05,r=0.999).There was no statistical significance in the differences of expression p14 ARF and Pokemon between Uygur and Han women.Conclusion: The expressive intensity and positive rates of p14 ARF and Pokemon have correlation in the degree of cervical lesion. The expression of p14 ARF and Pokemon were positive correlation in the different cervical lesion. There is not a remarkably difference between the expression of p14 ARF and Pokemon in Uygur and Han. |
