Objective:1 To explore the association between hyperuricemia and the parts of metabolic syndrome in Chinese population. To explore the clinical relevance of both contact and molecular genetics2 From the Angle of the epidemic,Understanding the prevalence of hyperuricemia of weifang adults. Application of principal component regression analysis, Study the relationship of uric acid leve and metabolic syndrome with clinical indicators among these hyperuricemia patients.3 Meta analysis and principal component regression analysis results for comprehensive analysis, provide the scientific clinical for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and the parts of metabolic syndrome.Method:1 Documents published before 2012 were retrieved through CBMdisc, CNKI,Medline, Pubmed Library on case-control studies associated with the expression and significance t was done by Review Manager 4.2 and merge statistic(the pooled WMD and OR and 95%confidence interval) was calculated. Sensitivity analysisby different effect model was performed for evaluating the reliability and stability of the Meta-analysis.2 From April 2013 to December 2013 in weifang people’s hospital, 1012 cases to investigate the obesity, SBP,DBP,TC,TG FPG.,to explore the clinical relevance of these disease.EXCEL 2007 was used to establish sample material database and statistical software SAS 9.2 was used to the entire statistical analysis process in this study. By principal component regression analysis research the related clinical indicators ’relationship of hyperuricemia and the parts of metabolic syndrome, the P < 0.05 has statistical significance.Result:1 The meta analysis of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome1.1 Blood indicatorsWithin the blood index, the value of SBP、DBP、BMI、WHR、TC、TG、FPG、FINS 、HOMA-IR in the HUA are higher than the control, obesity of the HUA is higher than the contro; all of them had significant differences(P < 0. 01).1.2 gene indicatorHyperuricemia, IR, and diabetes, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia and ApoE gene polymorphism have correlation, difference was statistically significant, Correlation of different diseases and gene express in different allele and genotype distribution,E2, E3, E2 \ E2 and E3 \ E3 genotype distribution are associated with hyperuricemia,E2,E3,E4,E3\E3 associated with obesity, E3,E4,E3\E3,E4\E4 associated with hypertension, E4,E4\E4,E4\E2,E3\E4 associated with dyslipidemia(p<0.05).2 The principal component regression analysis of the metabolic syndrome and hyperuricemia2.1 The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 18.3% in Weifang, Different age and gender residents have different prevalence.2.2 Principal component regression analysis is use in the components of UA、BMI、TG、TC、SBP、DBP、FPG, eliminating the collinearity between clinical indicators,The index was positively associated with UA value, it is consistent with the results of Meta analysis. The regression equation is:y=-516.29+9.42X1+27.63X2+37.37X3+6.67X4+1.90X5+1.76X6.Conclusion:1 There are relative relationship in all the diseases. It shows the HUA is probably one of the pathogenesis of MS risk factors, both close relationship.2 The equation values was close to the real value, the equation can predict the UA value, haveing clinical guiding significance3 According to the conclusion of Meta-analysis and principal component regression analysis, we can better comprehensive understanding of the related risk factors of hyperuricemia and provide a theoretical basis for the development of more comprehensive and effective preventions and control measures.
