Objective Detection of PI3 K, and AKT in bladder urothelial carcinoma in the expression and clinical stage, pathological grade.So as to reveal internal relations between PI3K/AKT with bladder cancer.Method Confirmed by pathology of 50 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma group(25 cases with lymph node metastasis, 25 patients without lymph node metastasis) and 50 non tumor bladder tissues using SP was detected in immune histochemical method to detect the expression of PI3 K, and AKT protein, and comparative analysis of PI3 K protein and AKT protein expression level with bladder urothelial carcinoma in patients with clinical pathological parameters.Results 1. PI3 K in bladder urothelial carcinoma group, the positive expression rate of non tumor group is divided into 70(35/50), 12%(6/50), the expression level of the bladder cancer group was obviously higher than that of non tumor(P< 0.05).PI3 K in group with lymph node metastasis, the positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis group were 84%(21/25), 56%(14/25), the expression level of lymph node metastasis group was obviously higher than that of group without lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05).PI3 K in different age, sex, tumor expression level with no significant difference between the big group(P> 0.05), and in different histological grade, clinical stage expression level have significant difference between groups(P< 0.05). 2.AKT in bladder urothelial carcinoma group, the positive expression rate of non tumor group were 32(16/50), 72%(36/50), in the expression level of the bladder cancergroup was obviously lower than the tumor group(P< 0.05).AKT in group with lymph node metastasis, the positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis group were 16%(4/25), 44%(11/25), the expression level of lymph node metastasis group was lower than that in group without lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05).AKT in different age, sex, tumor expression level with no significant difference between the big group(P< 0.05), and in different histological grade, clinical stage expression level have significant difference between groups(P< 0.05). 3.PI3 K protein and AKT protein expression level in bladder urothelial carcinoma with no correlation(r = 0.050, p = 0.731).Conclusion 1. PI3 K protein expression level in bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly higher than the bladder tumor tissue, the expression level of the associated with lymph node metastasis group was obviously higher than that of group without lymph node metastasis, prompt increase in PI3 K expression may promote the occurrence of bladder urothelial carcinoma and metastasis. 2. AKT protein expression level in bladder urothelial carcinoma significantly below the bladder tumor tissue, the expression level in associated with lymph node metastasis group was lower than that in group without lymph node metastasis, cut or missing AKT expression may promote the occurrence of bladder urothelial carcinoma and metastasis. 3. PI3 K, and AKT in bladder urothelial carcinoma in the expression, no correlation.
