Burn Patients Psychological Status And Influence Factors Analysis

Objective: The topic aims to acquire the social demographic characteristic and know about the depression, anxiety and post-traumatic of the patients through researching the progress of the patients in Burn and plastic surgery in Yan an university affiliated hospital, and then find out the influencing factors by taking advantage of statistical analysical methods so as to give lessons and provide scientific theoretical basis for the medical worlcers.Methods: The burn patients who accord with the demonds during Jan.2013.to Jan.2015 in Yan an university affiliated hospital are regarded as the objects of the research. To recognize the characteristics of the patients social demography and finel out the factors of the patients anxiety-depression and post-traumatic stress by using the patients GSQ、HAD and PCL-L through statistical analysical methods. Results: 156 patients, 98 males and 32 females are involved in this research. The average scare of HAD anxiety of table is 7±3.92, the depression and table with an average score of 6.8±3.95. The positive rate of anxiety is 45.38% and the rate of depression is 42.31%. The post-traumatic stress disorder in 13-75 points. Scored an average of 37.03±15.43. And the positive rate of morbidity is 43.08%.Conclusion: The main psychologic disorders of the patients is anxiety-depression, and the influencing factors for anxiety-depression include gender, age income level, educational level, burn area and burnssit while gender and burn area are the main factors.
