Objective: In the anterior maxilla single missing teeth patient implant dentures, using different soft tissue treatments for aesthetic effect of soft tissue implant prosthesis after observation and analysis, with red Aesthetic Index(Pink Esthetic Score, PES) to assess three soft tissue treatment in the application of the maxillary anterior region, the success rate, the aesthetic effect and other relevant factors. Methods: From September 2011 to June 2013 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University of Oral Implantology Center implant prosthesis for the study of 30 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Were randomly divided into three groups, A group for labial mucoperiosteal flap glide group B for the palate submucosal connective tissue graft group, C group labial ADM subperiosteal implant group, shooting a certain standard load six months after implant denture intraoral photos, within two observers evaluated using red Aesthetic Index(pink esthetic score, PES) mouth pictures peri-implant soft tissue of the score.Grouped for statistical analysis, analysis of the relationship between different soft tissues treated with PES values. Results: Six months after implant denture load retention three implants were 100%; A group PES average 9.57(±2.10) points, group B PES average of 10.77(±2.56) points, group C PES average of 10.14(±2.32) points, PES value of group B and group C than in group A planting denture PES high(P<0.05). No PES value between group B and group C were significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: When single dental implants in the anterior maxilla aesthetic zone, take acellular dermal matrix subperiosteal implants and connective tissue graft palatal mucosa, labial growing areas can improve the aesthetic effect.
