Objective:To analyze the relationship of mycoplasma pneumonia infection and kidney damage on children,so as to discover its clinical trend, the indexes change characteristics and related risk factors. Methods:We analyzed the clinical cases of pediatrics of The First Hospital of Shanxi medical university. There were totally 95 cases during January 2012 to July 2014. We treat the cases which only show mycoplasma pneumonia clinicals as the control group, the cases which have kidney damage caused by mycoplasma pneumonia as the experimental group, and the cases which have other system damage as a case-control group. First collect the patient’s individual situation, history of present illness, past medical history, personal history, symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination information. Then transfer the non-measurement data to count data based on whether the results are normal and arrange the data. At the end to analyze the data and statistical description can be used to mean ±standard deviation( x ± s)measurement data, analysis of variance and rank inspection is used; By chi-square test statistical analysis of count data were collected, described the composition of statistical results, and calculate the OR value. Finally, summarized and give conclusions.Results:(1)The control group, 40 cases(41.67%), while the experimental group 28 cases, accounted for 29.5%, case-control group had 27 cases(28.4%).(2)The children of different ages in three groups, age of control group cases is better than other two groups.(3)The incidence of abnormal urinalysis of children after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was21%, and the red blood cells accounting for 18.94%,while the proteinuria was 12.63%,blood cells accounting for 6.31%. The onset age of the children were different among the three groups, and cases in the case-control group children were older than the other two groups.(4)Kidney dysfunction occurred at about 26.32%,and 14.73% composition is cystatin c,while Beta 2 microglobulin is about 16.84%, blood urea nitrogen accounted for11.57%, beside elevated serum creatinine has a proportion of 6.31%.(5)Comparative white blood cell count, the percentage of neutrophilsand percentage of lymphocytesofexperimental group’s with two other groups, which found that there were significant differences in three groups(p < 0.05). After pairwise comparison of white blood cell countthere is a significance difference, and the average white blood cell count of experiment group is more than the other two groups(p < 0.05). The neutrophils percentage of the experiment group is more than the case-control group(p < 0.05).The lymphocytes percentage is less than the other two groups(p < 0.05).(6)Comparison among the three groups by the result of gender, swabs, fever, chest radiograph type, history of allergies, and there were no statistically differencesafter the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection( p >0.05).(7)There was statistical significance between different hepatic function and myocardial enzyme levels of three groups which were not completely at the same level(p< 0.05). When the groups have abnormal liver result, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group, abnormal liver meritorious service is positive correlation with the incidence of kidney injured(p < 0.0125, OR = 9.67). When the groups have myocardial enzyme abnormal, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the case-control group, and the myocardial enzyme abnormal positive correlation with the incidence of kidney damage(p < 0.0125, OR =3.1625).(8)Among the different degrees of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody there were no significant difference( p> 0.05).Conclusions:1.Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection showed an increase of white blood cells or the reducing of lymphocytes may cause kidney damage, guiding for the early diagnosis and treatment.2. No obvious differences were found between the trend of kidney impaired related with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection when there were different gender, pharyngeal swab cultivating it is normal or not, fever or not, and with or without allergies, whether different types of chest X-ray.3. Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection associated with kidney impaired would be seen more when liver result and myocardial enzyme is abnormal, guiding for early diagnosis and treatment.4.The different degrees of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody can’t be used as a judgement of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection associated with kidney impaired.
