| Objective:RCT study was conducted on the clinical efficacy of Qushitongluo prescription combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(damp-heat syndrome)in children, providing reference for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:Forty-eight children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(damp-heat syndrome)who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases in each group.Treatment group:oral qushi Tongluo formula granules;Control group:oral qushi tongluo formula simulation agent. Both groups were treated with intravenous azithromycin(10mg/kg·d,adding 5%glucose injection intravenously, adding 100 m L glucose injection every 100 mg azithromycin, once a day,for 5 days as a course). The course of treatment lasted for 5 days. The symptoms of the children before and after treatment were scored according to the quantitative standard of TCM syndrome classification.Statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS 25.0,and the conclusions were drawn.Results:1.Comparison of overall efficacy:The total score, major symptom score and minor symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group, the improvement rate was 95.7%.In the control group, the improvement rate was 59.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the overall therapeutic effect of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.2.Comparison of main symptoms:There were statistically significant differences in the improvement of fever, cough and lung signs between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had obvious advantages over the control group in the improvement of fever, cough and lung signs. There was no significant difference in sputum obstruction, shortness of breath, wheezing and asphyxia(P>0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the two groups was similar.3.Comparison of secondary symptoms:There were statistically significant differences in the improvement of pharyngeal redness, swelling and pain and runny nose between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had obvious advantages in the improvement of pharyngeal redness, swelling and pain and runny nose compared with the control group. There was no significant difference in abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, body sleepiness, red complexion, thirst, spirit, chest tightness, lethargy and less yellow urine(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups had similar efficacy.4.Safety evaluation:No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during medication. Conclusion:Qushi Tongluo prescription combined with azithromycin has a significant effect on the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, which can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the healing rate of treatment, and is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application. |
