Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of v WF and v WF-cp in the patients of placenta preeclampsia. Methods:The expression of v WF and v WF-cp were detected in placental from 90 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 30 normal pregnants women by immunohistochemistry. Results:The expressions of v WF of placenta in normal pregnant, gestational hypertension, mind preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia groups were gradually increased, there were significant differences among them( P <0.05).The expressions of v WF in the placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were significantly increased compared with that in normal pregnant group( P <0.05). Levels of v WF-cp expressed in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were lower than that in normal pregnant group(P <0.05). The expressions of v WF-cp of placenta in normal pregnant, gestational hypertension, mind preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia groups were gradually decreased, there were significant differences among them(P <0.05).Conclusions:The level change of placental vascular endothelial cell injury induced by placental villof v WF and v WF-cp expression in placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, vascular endothelial cells fell off, placental villous vessels and placental bed spiral stenosis of the artery lumen and wall fibrinoid necrosis, the trophoblast cell apoptosis regulating abnormal, the expression and activity of the influence of the change of internal signals between cells the pathway of abnormal, resulting in apoptosis of trophoblast cells, can cause hypertension disease–Pregnancy placenta derived preeclampsia.
