Objective:To explore the association of polymorphisms of M + 1 and Q1 loci allele in ADAM33 gene and north of taiyuan area crowd of ACOS。Methods:Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and DNA direct sequencing and sequence comparison method,50 cases of patients with ACOS(ACOS group)and 50 cases of healthy(control group)check-up ADAM33 gene of M + 1 and Q1 polymorphism analysis.Results:ADAM33 gene M + 1 site three genotypes AA、AG、GG genotype frequency a cosine group(12.0%、40.0% and 48.0%,respectively) and the control group(14.0%、50.0% and36.0%, respectively), there was no statistically significant difference in composition(χ2=1.04,P>0.05),Two group A(32.0%、39.0% respectively) and G(68.0%、61.0%respectively) allele frequency difference also has no statistical significance(χ2= 1.75,P>0.05). ACOS Q1 loci of AA、AG、GG genotype frequency(30.0%,38.0% and 32.0%respectively), With the control group(6.0%, 58.0% and 36.0%, respectively) than difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.10,P<0.05); Type A and G allele frequencies in A cosine group were 49.0%,51.0%,respectively,In the control group were 35.0%、65.0%,there was significant difference between two groups(χ2=4.02,P<0.05). Q1 loci significantly increase the risk of a cosine happen(OR=1.78,95%CI 1.01~3.15,P<0.05),while M + 1 sites to increase the risk of a cosine has not been found(OR=0.68,95%CI0.38~1.21).Conclusion:Q1 ADAM33 gene loci polymorphism in taiyuan region of north China crowd a cosine disease have a certain correlation; But M + 1 site polymorphism in the crowd a cosine no obvious correlation of the disease.
