Diagnosis And Treatment Of Ruptured Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm(RAAA) due to its cause, which is one of the most dangerous diseases in general surgery with the high misdiagnosis rate and the mortality rate.At present for a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm treatment mainly has two kinds:open surgery and endovascular aneurysm repair(EVAR).But because of the complexity of the technical limitations and disease, the relative merits of the two methods is still inconclusive.According to this article research results, for the treatment of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, seems to be no compelling randomized clinical research results show that the EVAR is good than the traditional open operation.According to China’s national conditions, it is not recommended in the treatment of RAAA with EVAR in priority,when the technical team and equipment does not meet the conditions of cases.
