ObjectiveTo explore the related risk factors of female breast cancer in Daqing city and provide reference basis for the prevention of breast cancer. MethodsFrom January 2012 to June 2015,150 female breast cancer patients firstly pathologically diagnosed were divided into breast group in department of pathology, the fourth hospital of daqing. 300 cases of hospitalization and outpatient physical examination and the clinical diagnosis of mammary gland without exception women were collected as the control group. All data were collected in EXCEL by questionnaire. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze data and by x2 test,t test and non conditional Logistic regression analyzing the risk factors of breast cancer., calculated the factors associated with breast cancer. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Results1.General demographic characteristics: there was no statistically significant difference in age, marital status difference was significant(x2=16.33, P < 0.05); Compared control group difference occupy was significant in case group(x2 = 11.54, P < 0.05);office facilities and workers of patients were more than others; patients with degree of cultural differences was significant in the case group and control group(x2= 29.15, P < 0.05). The higher the level of education of breast cancer were higher the incidence, the difference was significant in the case group and control group(x2= 5.08, P < 0.05). The better economic conditions of breast cancer was higher.Living environment differences was significant in the case group and the control group(x2= 12.55, P < 0.05). City dwellers have high prevalence.2. Examination of the history of analysis: Menarche age were statistically significant in the case group and control group(x2= 4.72, P < 0.05). The menstrual cycle were statistically significant(x2 = 8.83, x2 = 12.63, P < 0.05) in the case group and control group. pregnancy abortion times were statistically significant in the case group and the control group(x2= 12.21, P < 0.05). History of breastfeeding and the long-term use of estrogen preparation were higher risk of breast cancer,there were significant in the case group and the control group(x2= 13.49, x2= 47.57, P < 0.05).3. A history of hyperplasia of mammary glands were statistically significant in the case group and the control group(x2 = 30.73, P < 0.05).4. complicated with uterine disease analysis: abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, cervical cancer and endometrial cancer were high morbidity, in the case group and the control group the difference was statistically significant(x2 =4.94,x2 =4.16, x2 =10.00, x2 =10.73, P<0.05).5.Complicated with chronic disease and family history of cancer analysis: high blood pressure, coronary heart disease(CHD) in the case group and the control group there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), family history of cancer cases in the group and the control group the difference were significant(x2 = 21.97, P < 0.05).6. Lifestyle analysis: long-term smoking, drinking, drinking tea and contact with higher prevalence of hair dye and other chemical products, in the case group and the control group difference were significant(x2 =6.76,x2=17.43,x2 =14.85,x2 = 72.83,P<0.05). Sleep quality in the case group and the control group, the difference were statistically significant(x2 = 6.48, P < 0.05). Movement behavior in the two groups were significant(x2 = 8.96, P < 0.05).7.Dietary habits analysis: a group of breast cancer patient number of meat, Fried foods, health foods more than the control group, two groups have statistical significance(x2 = 44.28, x2 = 83.98, x2 = 7.93, P < 0.05).8. Mental factors in breast cancer group feel survival pressure and mental depression more than the control group,two groups have statistical significance(x2 =7.85, x2 =20.36, P < 0.05).9. Body mass indexof more than 24 investigators prevalence were higher, two groups have statistical significance(x2 =21.50, P < 0.05). 10. Multiariable non conditional Logistic regression analysis results showed that Divorce asexual companion, cultural degree, menstrual cycle short, abortion more, hormone therapy, hyperplasia of mammary glands, family history of cancer, tea, hair dye, exercise, less meat, Fried foods, health foods, spirit is depressed and body mass index is risk factors of female breast cancer in daqing area. More exercise is protect factors. Conclusion1.Personal aspects: divorce asexual companion, cultural degree is high, short menstrual cycle, abortion more is risk factors of female breast cancer in daqing region.2.Genetic aspects: family history of cancer is risk factors of female breast cancer in daqing region.3.Living habits: drink tea, hair dye, exercise less, meat, Fried food, health food is risk factors of female breast cancer in daqing region.4.Drug treatment: hormone therapy is risk factors of female breast cancer in daqing region.5.Other: hyperplasia of mammary glands, spirit depressed and body mass index is risk factors of female breast cancer in daqing region.6.More exercise is protection factors.Based on the above conclusions, we should be combined with risk factors in people at high risk of breast cancer in daqing region of propaganda and health education and guidance. |
