Objective:Investigating the prevalence and distribution of reproductive tract infections among married women from 2008 to 2014 in Yangpu District of Shanghai,the paper aims to provide the scientific evidences for making the measures to protect women’s reproductive health, and reduce the risk factors of married women.Subject and MethodsThe married women from 2008 to 2014 in Yangpu District in women and children health care hospital were surveyed, in accordance with the principle of comprehensive mobilization, voluntary participation in gynecological census,based on the unified diagnostic criteria and unified questionnaire.Gynecological examination inspected by cervical cytology examination. By hand, ultrasound screening for breast examination. Uterine appendix, pelvic examination inspected by transvaginal ultrasound.Using EpiData 3.1 to establish a database, using SPSS19.0 software for data analysis. Inspection level of all kinds of inspection to take a =0.05.ResultsThe results showed that the prevalence of the uterine diseases and breast disease are 48.12% and 39.76%. The prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases was 0.42%, and the prevalence of ovarian diseases was 8.13%.The results showed that the prevalence rates of four kinds of diseases increased with age, and the prevalence of breast disease decreased with age, and the prevalence rate of ovarian disease and sex transmitted disease was low.From 2008 to 2014,the prevalence rate of ovarian disease was lowed,then raised. The prevalence of breast disease was raised,then lowed. The prevalence rate of sexual transmitted diseases decreased year by year.The results showed that the prevalence rate of the uterine diseases,sexually transmitted disease were higher for the non- poverty female, and the poor woman had a higher prevalence of breast disease.ConclusionWe should actively prevent the reproductive diseases of married women,and focus on the reproductive health of poor married women, and take effective measures to intervene.
