Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yunpi Tiaozhong Decoction in treatment of functional dyspepsia(Postprandial discomfort syndrome) spleen qi deficiency syndrome, and try to explore the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and deficiency of Spleen Qi syndrome is safe and effective.Methods:Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine of spleen and stomach disease outpatient 68 cases met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of patients, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received Yunpitiaozhong Decoction, daily 1 agent, water decoction juice 400ml,1 times in the morning and evening (30 minutes before meals), every time 200ml. The control group was treated with Mosapride tablets,3 times a day, every time 5mg,30 minutes before meals. The two groups were 4 weeks for a course of treatment, After courses of treatment to improve the clinical symptoms score, Calculate the score and compare the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms of the two groups.Results:1. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 28, and the total effective rate was 87.5%. In the control group, the total effective rate was 23, and the total effective rate was 74.19%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2. The symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the same group, the symptom scores were significantly different in the same group before and after treatment (P<0.01), the improvement in efficacy index was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).3. During the period of the two groups of patients, There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group, in the control group, there were only 1 cases of stool frequency, stool frequency, stool character, and the amount of stool and other symptoms, ask the patient after stopping the medicine soon returned to normal. The main symptoms of functional dyspepsia and deficiency of Spleen Qi syndrome is the fullness in the stomach, poor appetite, secondary symptoms include vomiting and belching, even hiccup, limb weakness, pale tongue, thin white coating, thready pulse.3. the YunpiTiaozhong decoction follow the stomach and spleen qi, Xiaoji treatment, for the treatment of weak functional dyspepsia, its curative effect is exact, with the western medicine mosapride group, the general effect of the treatment group is better,4. This study shows:Yunpitiaozhong decoction is used to treat the deficiency of spleen qi deficiency type of functional dyspepsia, it can significantly improve symptoms, and the treatment group was more significant than the control group (P<0.05).
