Objective: This subject through the application give priority to acupuncture point through buried line to treat patients with functional dyspepsia and postprandial discomfort syndrome.Explore the effectiveness and security of the method,it provides a basis for promoting the application of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of digestive system diseases. Methods: Eighty patients with PDS were selected from the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion, outpatient department of gastroenterology, national medicine hall, gastroscopy room and other departments of ruikang hospital affiliated to guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine. The patients were divided into two groups by clinical random comparison table. In the treatment group,40 cases were treated with the method of needle-penetrating acupoint catgut embedding for 2 weeks/time and 2 times/course,a total of 2 courses. In the control group,40 patients were given moroxyline(doperidone tablets)orally(national drug standard:H10910003),10mg/ tablet.Usage: 10 mg each time,3 times/day in week 1-4,1 time/day in week 4-8.Before treatment,8 weeks after treatment, and 1month after the completion of the treatment course, the efficacy was assessed by the product score of gastrointestinal symptoms and signs(appendix 1、2)and the SF-36 health survey summary scores(appendix 3).SPSS.20 software package was used for statistical analysis to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups. Results: Clinical efficacy was observed after two courses of treatment: Thetotal effective rate of treatment group was 90%,10 cases were cured,18 cases showed significant effect,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective; The total effective rate of control group was 85%,7cases were cured, effective 9cases,effective 18 cases, ineffective 6 cases,.The scores of gastrointestinal symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Follow-up results at1 month after the completion of the course of treatment showed that: 40 cases in the treatment group were cured,12 cases were cured,17 cases showed significant effect,8 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.5%;In the control group,40 cases were cured,8cases were cured,11 cases were obviously effective,14 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 82.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the method of penetrating and burying wires had a good long-term efficacy. Conclusions: The scores of symptoms and signs,SF-36 health survey summary scores and follow-up were significantly improved in the three groups after treatment(P< 0.05).After treatment,The quality of life of the patients was significantly improved after treatment. It indicates that the acupuncture point catgut embedding based on syndrome differentiation and penetration has good therapeutic effect and long-term curative effect. The method is simple and easy to operate, saves time for treatment, has no side effects, and has a good long-term effect,it is worth promoting.
