Objective:To investigate the level of serumβ2-MG primary GD patients in the study,analyze the correlation among serum β2-MG,TRAb and thyroid hormone,and to explore whether serum β2-MG can be used as an auxiliary index in the condition evaluation and prognosis of GD.To investigate the relationship among serumβ2-MG,TRAb, thyroid hormone and TCM syndrome in primary GD,in order to provide an objective proofs for syndrome differentiation of TCM,and it could supply objective clinical data for standardization of sydrome type.Methods :(1)The study objectives were divided into two groups,90 patients with primary GD as the GD group,and 20 normal people as the control group. All the GD patients were diagnosed in Department of Endocrinology of shanxi provincial people’s hospital from January 2014 to October 2014. All the study objectives singed informed consent form.(2)Inviting two chiet physicians of TCM to merge the GD patients into three TCM syndrome types according to 《 guidelines of clinical research of new drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine》:Phlegm-Fire type,heat in the heart and liver and asthenic yin causing predominant yang.Detected the serum β2-MG,thyroid hormones and TRAb of the GD patients and compare their difference in different GD TCM syndrome.(3)Recording general information of study objectives:names,ages,syptoms,etc.Detecting the serum β2-MG of the GD group and control group to compare its difference.Testing the level of serum TT3,FT3,TT4,FT4,TRAb of GD patients and analyzing their correlation with the serum β2-MG.(4)Statistical analysis was analyzed with SPSS version 20.0:Using t-test to analyze the differation of β2-MG serum level beteen GD group and control group.Using Spearman correlation analysis to anallyze correlation between the serum β2-MG and hyroid hormones,thyroid antibody.Observing the distribution of GD TCM syndrome and analyze the relationship between the serum β2-MG,hyroid hormones,thyroid antibody and the TCM syndrome in GD.Results:1.The comparison of the level of serum β2-MG:The result showed that β2-MG serum levels(2.60 ± 0.25) of GD group was significantly higher than β2-MG serum levels(1.43±0.36) of control group(P<0.05).2.The level of serum β2-MG was significantly associated with the level of FT3,FT4 and TRAb(r=0.838,0.444,0.897,P<0.001),and inversely with the level of TSH(r=-0.405P<0.001),but not with the level of TT3 and TT4(r=0.180,-0.001,P=0.089,0.995).3.TCM syndrome type distribution of GD:There was no difference among different GD syndromes on the gender and age(P>0.05).20 cases of Phlegm-Fire type,accounted for22.22%,24 cases of heat in the heart and liver,accounted for26.79%,46 cases of asthenic yin causing predominant yang,accounted for 51.11%.4.Comparison of the level of serum TT3,FT3,TT4,FT4, TRAb,β2-MG among the different GD syndromes:(1)There was a significant difference on the level of serum of FT3、FT4 in different GD syndromes(P<0.05),they both according to Phlegm-Fire type,heat in the heart and liver,asthenic yin causing predominant yang showed a trend of gradual increase(P<0.05)(2)There was no significant difference in different GD syndromes on the level of serum TT3、TT4(P>0.05).,but according to Phlegm-Fire type,heat in the heart and liver,asthenic yin causing predominant yang showed a trend of gradual increase.(3)There was a significant difference at the level of serum TSH in different GD syndromes(P>0.05).,and according to Phlegm-Fire type,heat in the heart and liver,asthenic yin causing predominant yang showed a trend of gradual increase(P<0.05).(4)There was a significant difference were on the level of serum of TRAb in different GD syndromes(P<0.05),nd according to Phlegm-Fire type,heat in the heart and liver,asthenic yin causing predominant yang showed a trend of gradual increase(P<0.05).(5) There was a significant at the level of serumβ2-MG in different GD sydromes(P<0.05).According to to Phlegm-Fire type,heat in the heart and liver,asthenic yin causing predominant yang showed a trend of gradual increase(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Serum β2-MG can be used as an auxiliary index in diagnosis, prognosis judgement and condition evaluation of GD.2.Asthenic yin causing predominant yang was the most common syndrome type of primary GD.There has a close relationship between the serum β2-MG,FT3,FT4,TSH,TRAb and GD TCM syndromes,which gived a further demonstration that they may becomeobjective indexes for standardization of GD TCM syndrome.
