| Objicetive:This research through the application of PGA X BSA score on the modified Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome clinical curative effect evaluation of improvement of skin lesions; Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San observed through animal experiments on tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 and apoptosis in psoriatic lesions and tissues, providing clinical data and some experimental evidence for the mechanism to optimize the treatment of psoriasis clinical program.Methods:Experiment 1:44 cases of psoriasis patients who met the inclusion criteria will be self controlled, taking Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San, changing the patient’s symptoms were observed after treatment, weekly, for each group of data for statistical analysis.Experiment 2:Divide 32 guinea pigs randomly into four groups,which are A as blank control group, Group B as model group, Group C(dosed with methotrexate(MTX)), Group D(dosed with Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San). The group B, C, D used 5% propranolol emulsion inducing guinea pig left-ear skin to produce psoriasis-like lesions degeneration. After 2 weeks, the guinea pigs in group C are gavaged with MTX, those in group D are gavaged with Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San. After 2 weeks, cutting off the left-ear tissue of guinea pigs, and observing the expression of TNFR1 and apoptosis in the lesions of the ear tissue.Results:experiment 1:Clinical trials show that Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San can improve the skin lesions, such as erythema, infiltration, scales, of patients with psoriasis vulgaris(P< 0.05). Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with effective rate of 95%.Experiment 2:The model group compared with normal group, the expression of TNFR1 and apoptosis index in the lesions of the ear tissue of guinea pigs were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The apoptosis index and the expression of TNFR1 in the lesions of the ear tissue of guinea pigs in the positive control group and Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San group were lower than those in the model group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of TNFR1 and the apoptosis index in the lesions of the ear tissue of guinea pigs in the positive control group andJiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San group were decreased, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).There is a correlation between the expression of TNFR1 and the apoptosis index in the lesions of the ear tissue of guinea pigs(r=0.547).Conclusion:Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San can effectively improve the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome. Experiment confirmed by Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San though adjusting the expression of TNFR1 content of Keratinocytes which can influence the apoptotic index, so as to achieve the purpose of the treatment of psoriasis. |
