·Total flavonoids of Desmodium styracifolium (TFDS), is the general term of flavonoids extracted from the whle plant of Desmodium styracifolium (Osb.) Merr, modern research has found that its pharmacological effects is to prevent calcium oxalate stone formation and recurrence, increase urine output, promote ureteral peristalsis, protect kidney function and anti-inflammatory analgesic effect. In view of the long duration of urinary calculus that needing long-term medication features, based on common preparation, this paper carry on the study of preparation process and quality standard of microporosity osmotic pump tablets of TFDS.· Firstly, this paper had carried on the study of shape, TLC identification, inspection, determination of content of TFDS to establish the quality control system, and had stablished the method of determining release degrees in vitro and mathematical analysis.· Secondly, the prescription and preparation of matrine liposomes of TFDS solid dispersion was optimizated by single-factor test method in order to increased solubility. Then the phase of Solid Dispersion of TFDS (TFDS-SD) were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)and Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) in order to explain the reason of solubility increase.· Thirdly, investigate the influence of various factors, including the types of fillers, the types and dosage of penetration enhancers, the dosage of porogen, the dosage of plasticizer, and the thickness of the coating using single-factor test method. Then adopt f2 similarity factor method to judge the main factors of the release behavior of TFDS-SD osmotic pump tablets in vitro. In this paper, optimize the formulation with the method of central composite design-response surface method, and the results of model show that the drug release curve with zero order model.· Finally, this paper had a quality control study for the preparation, investigated by the extract characters, determination of content and preliminary stability. The results show that the preparation has nice stability but has a certain amount of hygroscopic, so it should be kept in a dry and closed environment.
