The Clinical Observatian On Thetherapeutic Effect Of Xiao Dao Zhi Xie Decoction On The Child Diarrhea Of The Food Damage Syndromea

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Chinese native medicine Xiao Dao Zhi Xie decoction on treating the children diarrhea of the food damage syndromea。Methods:Select 60 patients with the food damage syndrome diarrhea, stochastically divides into the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases)。 the treatment group 30 examples use the Chinese native medicine Xiao Dao Zhi Xie decoction to take orally the treatment。 The control group 30 examples use the Xiao’er Zhixie’an granule to take orally the treatment。 Continuously five days for a course of treatment 。 Observe two groups to treat the clinical symptom and the therapeutic effect.。Results:Afer statistics processing, the Chinese native medicine Xiao Dao Zhi Xie decoction and the Xiao’er Zhixie’an granule both have the excellent therapeutic effect;The total effectiveness and in improving some main symptoms, the two groups have no significance difference (P>0.05); The difference between the two groups in shortening the time of diarrhea,was statistically significant (P<0.05). the treatment group is better than the control group.In improving secondary aspects, the difference between the two groups in improving symptoms of abdominal pain and appetite was statistically significant(P<0.05). the treatment group is better than the control group. But the differaence between the two groups in improving other sencondayr symptoms has no significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Dao Zhi Xie Decoction on treating the children diarrhea of the food damage syndromea has the good treatment result and the important clinical practice value.In improving symptoms of abdominal distension and appetite,the Xiao Dao Zhi Xie Decoction is better than the Xiao’er Zhixie’an granule.
