Clinical Observation Of Oral Administration Of The Transport-promoting And Antidiarrheal Decoction In The Clinical Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea

Objective: To prove the feasibility of the subject by observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of the oral administration of the transport-promoting and antidiarrheal decoction,and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods: In this subject,a total of 60 pediatric patients with infantile diarrhea(spleen deficiency type)were selected and divided into two groups as per random number table,with group A being the treatment group and group B the control group,and 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the transport-promoting and antidiarrheal decoction by oral administration,while the control group was treated with the infant spleen-invigorating powder by oral administration for 10 days as one course of treatment.After both groups were treated with one course of treatment,the analysis and comparison were conducted with SPSS statistical software,thereby drawing a conclusion.Results: There were 60 cases in total in this subject.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with the oral administration of the transport-promoting and antidiarrheal decoction,with 2 cases cured,19 cases being markedly effective,7 cases being effective and 2 cases being ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.33%;In the control group,30 cases were treated with the oral administration of the infant spleen-invigorating powder,with no case cured,3 cases being markedly effective,23 cases being effective and 4 cases being ineffective,with a total effective rate of 86.67%.The result of rank sum test was P<0.05(P=0.000).Therefore,there was a significant difference in the overall curative effect between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,indicating that the efficacy of the transport-promoting and antidiarrheal decoction was better than that of the infant spleen-invigorating powder.Conclusion: There is a significant curative effect for the oral administration of the transport-promoting and antidiarrheal decoction on infantile diarrhea(spleen deficiency type),which has significant efficacy than the infant spleen-invigorating powder in regulating the defecating frequency and improving the mental condition,constitution and complexion of pediatric patients;The curative effect of the transport-promoting and antidiarrheal decoction is equivalent to that of the infant spleen-invigorating powder in improving stool texture,appetite and abdominal distension of pediatric patients,with better performance in safety and no toxic or side effects.
