| Objective:AGI is the most common clinical syndrome for patients in ICU, also an indepen dent factors that effected their prognosis.Sepsis is the high risk factor for AGI. O bstruction of fu-qi is the main type of syndromes.Now the pathogenesis and thera peutic principle of AGI has been studied incompletely. According to the practic e experienceof our hospital ICU find that purgative therapy can effectively redu ce IAP and promote gastrointestinal peristalsis.This paper observe the therapeuti c effects of Purgative Therapy with Sepsis patients with AGI by Randomized Controlled Trials.Medthods:The ICU Patients with AGI comes from Hospital of Chengdu University of T. C.M from 2014 January-2015 January. Diagnosis fit Surviving sepsis campaign: International Guidelines for Management of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock:20 12 and Gastrointestinal function in intensive care patients;terminology,definitions an d management.Cases corresponding to diagnosis standards were randomly divided c ontrol group(29 cases) and treatment group(31 cases).The routine western medicin e was applied as basic treatment of 2 groups.The treatment group is given by Pur gative Therapy and invigorating yang-qi and resolving dampness apozem throug h nasogastric tubes,monitoring IAP, bowel sounds,Tension of abdominal wall,OI,th e 28 day mortality rate.Results:1)The age,IAP and APACHE II,IAP,bowel sounds,Tension of abdominal wall an d II of two groups show no significant difference(P>0.05) before treatment.2)The third day after treatment the IAP and OI between 2 groups show differe nce but no statistically significant difference.The 7th day IAP and OI between 2 groups show statistically significant difference.3)The tension of abdominal wall and bowel sounds of treatment group showe si gnificant improvement,significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4)The 28 day follow-up,13 cases dies in treatment group,17 cases dies in contr ol group,which show difference but no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). |
